The end of the season in Door County is coming quickly. @cappaertcontemporarygallery last day of the season is Saturday, October 24! What a great year. I’ll be shifting soon to my time in New Mexico. Two beautiful places. #favoriteplaces #doorcountywisconsin #santafenewmexico #paintingplaces

Grateful! Thank you to all the galleries that represent me and the collectors, who, for decades believed in me! This is a good life. I work hard, but feel fortunate to be blessed with this life. My parents taught me some life lessons about how hard work and doing what you enjoy is the biggest gift. Thank you family and friends! (I’m now checking out for a few days to explore Montana!🤠). @cappaertcontemporarygallery is open every day 10-5! #bigdreams #gratefulheart

One of my favorite stops in Egg Harbor ✨ I own three of Ginnie Cappaert’s pieces, so I may be a little biased—but her art has a way of bringing color, calm, and happiness into a space.
Cappaert Contemporary Gallery is always fun to wander through. Along with Ginnie’s paintings, you’ll find playful sculpture, beautiful glass, clay, jewelry, and all kinds of creative details to enjoy. Don’t miss the outdoor spaces, either—there is art tucked into the gardens and plenty of whimsy around every corner. 🎨🌿
If you’re in Egg Harbor, pop in for a look. You may find a piece that makes you smile—and perhaps one you’ll want to take home.

One of my first collectors and friends from @cappaertcontemporarygallery’s early days now live in Door County full time and their gorgeous home, gardens and guest house are in the upcoming Door County House and Garden Tour on Tuesday, July 28! I had a lovely morning revisiting these paintings and catching up. Don’t miss this years tour! #doorcountywi #stunninghomes #foragoodcause #lovelocal #artandfriends

Some works are more subtle and subdued with only slight reference to a landscape. @cappaertcontemporarygallery #abstractlandscape #lessismore #minimalist #doorcountywi

Hot, humid, smoke filled air. I am working today @cappaertcontemporarygallery Come see me, it’s cool inside and a busy day so far. First customer of the morning is visiting from Australia and bought a painting for their collection. Happy girl. #artcollector #sharingyourgifts #livewhereyoulove #lovewhatyoudo❤️
