Insane week for the team. Been coaching for a DECADE and this is the most fun I’ve ever had with my team slamming crazy PRs all the time. Let’s check em out:

Johnson 705 all time PR. IPL Worlds Prep. Total Specialist btw.

Amanda 405x2 PR conventional pull.

Jace 700x2 Squat PR. IPL Worlds Prep.

Jace again with an absolutely diabolical board press 500x2

Carson All Time Bench PR 425 on a CUT man. Love this mf.

Amanda with a crazy ahhh Hatfield set.

Jonathan with the FUTURE METHOD. 370 block press PR.

Guy with some sort of bench rep PR (he’s killin it)

Amanda 225 TNG bench.

Zane crushing rep PRs all over the place.

DISRUPTIVE X ULTRA NATIONALS!

What an unbelievably successful showing. We had so many wins it was hard to keep track. Fantastic hit rate of 92.5%- we had an 8/9, 9/9, and 8/9. First Nationals for all 3 athletes and they performed to the standard! No depth calls, no complaints about pauses, just high level execution.

PRs for everyone, DOTS increase for everyone, Totals increase for everyone, and a couple State Records too! We ain’t finished yet though- we are moving right into IPL worlds next!

DISRUPTIVE PRS OF THE WEEK‼️

Starting off with the young King @ilyas.yassin08 squatting an insane 600 ALL TIME PR squat… fatigue single. USAPL High School Nationals prep going swimmingly. The PR train full speed.

Next we have @jace_lifts_weights smoking an all time PR double bench press at 460x2. Working on the fluttering at the chest here on prep for a local meet then USPA Ultra Nationals.

Then we got @captain.zenith hitting smooth 490x3 Squat PR Triple with ROOM. Also on prep for Ultra Nationals.

Alan with a 495 PR double. Back to conventional after a stint with sumo and shaping up for CT State Championships.

Guy AGAIN with a 545x4 deadlift PR.

Carson with a long pause bench at 390lbs. Wider grip is paying off. Arkansas State Champs up next!

Shedrick with a 545lbs Trap bar PR on our side quest.

Ilyas AGAIN with a ridiculous 407 Double. This was literally his new max not 1 block ago.

Gorilla Max Out Madness at @bgstrength_ to start the year off

This prep was full of plot turns every day. @heinstrong really pushed me physically and mentally on a lot of my training days, but more importantly made me enjoy the process a lot.
@the_iron_rook worked with me so closely on my nutrition and my blood sugars. Both of them had their work cut out for them, they are the best coaches I’ve ever had and so awesome. I’m so thankful to be working with them both and honored to represent 🫡🫡

Very thankful for @worlds_hypest_strongman and @averittpowerlifting for prepping with me, and @katy_j006 @kenedi.raelyn.lifts @_molly.marquez_ @the_christa for also being there always!!

@beaugfore @blunder.buns and @knicole136 honorable mention for helping me and letting me bug yall often🤭

@justins_prostrong the meet was a great time and love my @bgstrength_ family always🩷
