Moms carry everything and rarely get seen for it. This night was for them. Every woman in this room was honored for her story, and not just the title of being mom. Watching them realize how valuable they are was something incredible special.

Tag a mom who needs a reminder.

To be a part of the next event inquire @capturedimagery the Empowered Mama Collection.

Where’s Monisha? The better question might be… where isn’t she? 🤍

From O‘ahu to Maui, the next few weeks are full of opportunities to connect, learn, educate, and show up for our community.

If you’re attending any of these events, come by and see me! I’ll be handing out treatment gift cards, so make sure you stop by and say hi. 🤍

Can’t wait to see some familiar faces—and meet plenty of new ones along the way.

Major kudos to Esther, owner of @capturedimagery for holding space for moms and celebrating women’s empowerment… all while running a business and raising twins!

I didn't feel powerful when I booked this.

I felt like I was rebuilding.

Learning how to take up space again. How to feel beautiful and strong in the same breath.

And then my son climbed on that pink couch next to me and just smiled at me like "that's my mom."

That's when it hit me.

This isn't just a photoshoot. It's me choosing to feel empowered again. To experience joy again. To let him see what it looks like when a woman comes back to herself.

He's my why. Always has been.

Thank you @capturedimagery for capturing a moment I didn't know I needed. You made me feel seen. 🤍

If you're in your rebuilding era too — I see you. We're doing it. 👑

What is one moment you felt yourself come back?

More than a photoshoot. It was a celebration of 20 years in the beauty industry, but also of me as a mom.

Motherhood has been my greatest joy, my biggest challenge, and the reason I’ve found strength I never knew I had.

Esther of Captured Imagery captured exactly where I am today: happy, calm, confident, and content.

Mamas, take the photos. Celebrate yourself and the woman you’ve become.

Mental health doesn’t just belong in a therapy room.

It belongs in our friendships, our bodies, our creativity, our communities, and our ordinary Tuesdays.

No fixing. No performing. No need to have it all together.

Just real women learning to trust ourselves, protect our capacity, stay curious, and care for ourselves and each other.

This is our rebellion of care.
This is mental health in real life.

Come rebel with us. Some amazing women I get to do life with.

Stillness is not the absence of chaos.

It is the choice to pause within it.

A slow breath before reacting.

A quiet moment outside.

A few minutes of silence before the next decision.

A reminder that not everything needs an immediate answer.
