Making homemade garden fresh pesto today! Measure everything with your heart ❤️

Garlic
Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Pine Nuts
Fresh Basil Leaves
Lemon Juice & Zest
Good Olive Oil

Start by whirling a clove or two of Garlic and a few ounces of Parmesan Cheese with a little Salt and Pepper in a food processor that is fitted with the cutting blades. Add a handful of Pine Nuts, lots of fresh Basil leaves, juice and zest from one Lemon and a bit of Olive Oil. Get things whirling around and drizzle in more Olive Oil until it all comes together. Place in clean jars, top with a bit more Olive Oil and refrigerate or freeze for future use. So good! 💚

Enjoy!

so… what’s the move this week? 👀

you could give monday a little samba rhythm, meet someone cute outside the apps at the hot springs, eat your way through italy, grab your costume for a halloween party at the museum, or end the week with a full moon soak.

send this to the group chat and see what the plans are 🤙

featured links + prices are in the comments.

Ok I’m not going to lie, I got too excited and ate my sandwich without filming it for once. 🤦🏻‍♂️

If a Caputo’s sandwich isn’t already a regular part of your diet, you clearly have some work to do. My go to is the “Old School”, and it hits the spot every time.

This is your sign to treat yourself to a Caputo’s sammy this weekend. 🥪

Oh, and by the way—comment “GUIDE” down below for my full list of foodie favorites and other must visit places around Salt Lake. 🤘🏼
