10.9.26, the day we said I DO to FOREVER!!!

God’s faithfulness is all over our story & I’m so thankful he gave me and my kids the gift of Chris.

He’s steady, he’s kind, he’s loving, he’s a leader, he’s funny, he’s patient, he’s calm, he’s sooooo handsome, and now he’s my HUSBAND!!!

The one who made me a mama is 11!!! 🥹

I tried to go back and pick highlights from the last year of her life and it was way more than 20 pictures! But it was a huge year for her!! Most importantly she was baptized and grew in her relationship with God!! 💛

Hazel is all things love! She loves Jesus, she loves her people, she loves sports, and she doesn’t do anything halfway!!

Proud doesn’t even cover it, Hazel Grace! I’m SO PROUD to be your mom!!! 🫶

OPENING DAY 2026 🤎

The kids joined us this year (somehow I missed getting a picture of Oliver), and I’m so thankful the kids get to experience our outdoor adventures!!! This year was extra special because I got to shoot the shotgun that @carcoopa07 proposed with! 🥺

Now the baby is off to new adventures! 🥺 Riley started Pre-K at a big girl school and was 100000% more ready than I was!!

Riley Jane, I hope you never lose your sparkle! Praying for a year full of learning, patience for her teachers 😉, and new confidence found in being a big girl!!

And we’ve started another school year!! 4th & 5th grade they are ready, but after such a fun summer with them, I’m not sure I am! These babies love Jesus, love their people, and love their tiny school. 🤎

My prayer for them this morning was that they would be the hands and feet of Jesus in that school, that others would see the love of Jesus in their actions, and that they would find JOY in school even when it becomes mundane!

Go be great, bigs! 🥹

A summer I hope we never forget!! 🥹 Softball, swimming pools, camping trips, concerts, caymans, cousins, filling feeders, and lots of fishing!!

I prayed for days like these and what a GIFT it feels like to be living them with the absolute best humans!!! ♥️

Happy birthday to the boy that made me a boy mama!! Oliver, you’re everything I could’ve asked for in a little boy! To know you is to know joy, love, and kindness!!

You’ve never met a beat you didn’t like and I hope you always dance no matter who is in the room!! You’re so funny, you’re sweet, you give the best hugs, and you make everyone around you feel so loved!!! The world is better with you in it buddy!!!

God had plans that I couldn’t have ever dreamt of. ❤️

I spent a lot of time thinking about the best case scenario and praying when I couldn’t see beyond the brokenness that surrounded me 2 years ago.

I prayed for a man that would lead us, a man that would love my kids, who would be gentle with us, a man who was consistent, a man of integrity, who was kind, and an added bonus if had a smile that could light up a room. 🥰

He answered way beyond what I ever thought was possible in a future spouse by giving us @carcoopa07. ❤️

I can’t wait to be your wife, Chris!! You are so many answered prayers. Thank you for being YOU and loving me so well!!

46 days away from social media and so much life was lived. ❤️

The last year and a half has really pulled me to slow down, enjoy the people around me, enjoy the life I’ve prayed so hard for, and to not feel the constant need to “keep up”. Social media became quite the numbing tool for me as I’m sure it does for a lot of us.

I was convicted to give it up for Lent and now I’m not sure I want to be back on here. Maybe every now and again but not as a daily habit (and addiction).

In the time I was quiet on here, I turned 33 with my favorite people, wade fished in a Texas bay for the first time ever, went to the Caymans for the first time, watched lots of softball, enjoyed Ranger rides, spent so much quality time with our family, did looooooots of praying and journaling, and read my Bible more. ✨

I didn’t think I’d enjoy being unplugged as much as I did, so I don’t know how active I’ll be here for now. But God is GOOD, life is good, and I’m so thankful for my people!!! 🥺
