"400" fue mi primera colaboración en una canción, con una banda importante y de mis favoritas como @beyonddeviation. Aunque algo discreta, fue una experiencia divertida y ayudó a seguir construyendo mi experiencia como artista, conociendo a muchos otros vocalistas que tenían el mismo sueño que cumplir como yo, y por sobre todo, estar junto a otros vocalistas de bandas consagradas y reconocidas como:
@angelmakerband @vulvodyniaofficial @ideclarewarband @mental_cruelty @lefttosuffer
@carcosabc @indyingarmsofficial @dealeyplazafl @nylistofficial @babirusa.band

Todo empezó como una broma, por un meme. El record mundial de maximos vocalistas pertenecía hasta ese momento a unos cantantes oriundos de Nepal (365 voces) y terminamos convirtiendolo en algo real.

Soy el vocalista número 167 🫡💥

Carcosa - Corey Place (2025)

SPOTIFY & YOUTUBE

“Corey Place” is a crushing melodic deathcore track by the Canadian band Carcosa, released on 15 October 2025. It stands out as one of the emotional and musical high points on their highly anticipated sophomore concept album, The Axe Forgets, The Tree Remembers.
The track was mixed, mastered, and re-amped by the renowned heavy music producer Buster Odeholm (known for his work with Vildhjarta and Humanity’s Last Breath).
The song seamlessly blends deeply aggressive deathcore foundations with layered, melancholic guitar melodies and a standout breakdown. Reviewers noted that its structure leans toward a classic, groove-heavy melodic metal style reminiscent of Controller-era Misery Signals rather than standard modern deathcore.
Conceptually, the entire album tracks real-life experiences, broken homes, and childhood trauma.

Here's the first mixtape of spooky season!

I, like a lot of others, was very shocked and bummed to hear about Cronos's passing. I never got super into Venom, but I always understood that they were pioneers in the genre and laid the groundwork for basically every extreme metal band that came afterward. Other than that, I did listen to some new releases, like the new albums from Imminence and Amon Amarth but my listening has mostly been going back to old favorites during my commutes.

Hopefully everyone has been staying warm and prepping for Halloween, and I will be back next week with more mixtapes!

A while back I recorded a batch of one take vocal performances for songs from our last record. “Hindsight” is our unofficial “deathcore ballad”. We took a chance on a song with mostly clean vocals, I’m not sure if we will ever take a chance on something like this again but we are extremely proud of this song regardless. It was heavily inspired by two songs: Desperate Times by Killswitch Engage and Heavener by Invent Animate (shocker).

The song’s basis started with a somewhat unusual idea. I recorded one harmonic note, quantized it to the grid to repeat, ran it through Melodyne, moved the harmonics where they needed to be and wrote the entire song around this concept. All whilst being drenched in melancholic reverb, of course.

Thank you to anyone who has listened to this song and found a way to relate to it. It’s worth taking musical risks when the song you’re putting out comes from a true & genuine place. <3

Concept - Time is a flat circle "

Here is my concept art piece based on the world of True Detective Season 1. Through this illustration, I wanted to capture the eerie stillness, dread, and muted tones that linger inside Carcosa’s case notes.tracing the descent into Carcosa, where cosmic dread meets quiet decay. Painted to capture that lingering chill Rust Cohle left behind.

Play along with ANY song using @moises.ai — mute or solo parts to more easily learn guitar parts and jam along to a backtrack like I did here using my band Carcosa’s song ‘Devoid.’ #ad #guitar #metal #deathcore
