We love to integrate our wood and metal capabilities into every aspect our partners present to us.
This oak kitchen shows hidden finger pulls on the door, backed with a brass trim strip that spans the upper cabinets, as well as the lowers.
Adding meticulous brass accents to the stairs, ties it all together.

Seller Rep

Sad to see this one go! Congrats to my seller and friends on this $/sqft resale record.

Meticulous in every detail, this newly renovated five-bedroom, four-and-one-half bathroom Tribeca loft is a luxurious sanctuary and entertainer's dream in one. Featuring sophisticated designer finishes, original architectural details, shimmering river views and an enviable location, residence #3AB is one of the most exquisite New York City homes available today.

Inside the 4,000-square-foot showplace, soaring exposed beam ceilings boast three inches of soundproofing for an otherworldly sense of peace. Ten-inch bleached walnut floors run beneath exposed brick walls, while 15 oversized windows and glass doors capture light and views to the north, west and south.

A gracious entry opens to the expansive great room, an unrivaled destination for anyone who loves to gather and celebrate. Relax alongside a distinctive blackened steel gas fireplace and windows that frame unobstructed, protected water vistas. Plan your next dinner party in the large dining area, and enjoy plenty of room for games and additional seating. Refreshments are always nearby, thanks to a chic wet bar with a Sub-Zero ice maker and three climate-controlled Stella wine refrigerators with LED lighting.

This Bronx home featured custom stairs and full kitchen handcrafted by our team.
The brass from the balusters carried through the kitchen cabinetry as an accent behind the door edge pulls.
Wonderful details throughout.
