POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I didn’t tag a Muley last year… so it was fun to notch a tag this year. Love the DARK antlers on this buck. He lived in some dark timber and made the mistake of deciding to chase the ladies a little to early. It’s no archery elk hunt but it was still a good time.

Just a little tease from my incredible elk & deer adventure w/ @craigjasmer & @unbenowen - Will fill you in on the details later, but for now…I NEED SOME SLEEP

It's funny how attached you can get to certain pieces of gear. When you have them so long and go through enough success, failure, pain, they become so much more than a piece of your kit. They're an extension of you. These @hanwagofficial Alaska gtx boots have been through alot of kms with me and I dread the day I have to retire them for a new pair. They owe me absolutely nothing. Hundreds and hundreds of kms through bogs, barrens, rocks, and snow, my feet never ached or got wet. These boots just keep asking for more. They have been a part of 12 moose hunts so far and I hope there's another 12 left in them. If not, I cant complain. They served me very well. #getoutside #experiencethewild #biggamehunting #moosehunting

Mule deer down!
Doug filled his Washington deer tag a a beautiful mature buck. Doug set out with a goal to harvest a mule deer this season. After working his ass off he found what he was looking for. Hunting and finding success on mule deer in Washington seems to be more difficult than it used to be. But if you grind it out and work hard it’s still possible to notch that tag. Strong work Doug! A well deserved success!

One of many quotes that I live by each day that energize me to plan adventures which create lifelong memories!!

Imagine from my 4 day 90ish mile mountain bike trip through Canyonlands, Utah on the White Rim Trail.

Solo hunt means a solo pack out. Taking the first load of elk meat and my gear back to camp. The rest I hung in a tree to hang and cool overnight. I’ll have to come back for the rest the next day. 🎥 Watch this hunt film on my YouTube channel!

Greatest feeling after a sucessful hunt is getting back to the truck, taking off the pack and the boots 🙌🏼

Earned every pound. Meat, horns, camp, and a whole lot of country between me and the truck.
