What no one prepares you for going into a build: Your mental state 🤣🤣🤣

It is an uncomfortable feeling seeing your body change and the scale go up and it is so hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel sometimes!!

But just a reminder, even though I still look small and other girls do too, what you are seeing is posed and is not how someone looks day to day.. I gained about 4.1kg in my build and we are now ready to strip it all off! 3 weeks in and I am down 1.4kg 🤏🏾 I can finally see my little shoulders peeping back through!!

We WILL, be snatched for summer ladies🕺🏼

Talk about being MIA, a lot has been happening!

I moved thousands of km’s away to the Gold Coast and started my dream job! 👩🏼‍⚕️

If I am being totally honest fitness has not been a priority for me these last couple of months, or documenting it! I have been struggling to get all of my sessions in and with eating as well.. Body dysmorphia has also been creeping in during this build! But nonetheless I just want to let everyone know it is soooo normal to have these feelings and I don’t want to punish myself as I have just flipped my whole life on it’s head 🤣

Everything happens for a reason, but I am back posting on here so that I can hold myself accountable and document this next month as we finish my build phase and go into a cut ✂️

As always my girl @carinalier has guided me through this transition perfectly, don’t know what I would do without your support honestly, thanks for putting up with my late check ins lol ❤️‍🔥

We are back, this is what we are starting with 🤏🏾

Binge eating used to be the most exciting part of my week.
I literally used to leave parties to go home and binge.

It was almost like I didn’t want to recover - I wanted to keep binging, because I couldn’t see a life without it.

Once I started recovering, I started realising how trapped I’d been.
I wasn’t living - I was controlled by my disorder.

You deserve a binge free life too, and if that’s something that you dream of, know that this is 100% possible for you too - you just have to take that step.

DM me ELIMINATE for my free training on how I overcame binging, and now teach clients to stop binging in less than 6 weeks 🔥
