Big step up into the Ladies Pro division for us 😮‍💨 Sharing the day with my friend - Showing up and bringing out the very best in each other is always just so cool 🙌 Carmi, du bist einfach die Beste. That’s all 😉

@scottbayvel you coach with controlled, calm precision and that’s exactly what showed up for us out there 🙏🏼 Thank you for making me do crazy things 😂

@mark_pretorius111 had his hands full supporting not one but two blondies for the night 🫶🏼

Birthday moments 🫶🏼✨

Spent the week doing all my favourite things with all my favourite people (and paws) 💛 So many thoughtful surprises along the way, and having Mom and Dad here made it even more special.

The best gifts?
Connection, love, kindness and growth.
What a beautiful life 🥰

This pic says it all ❤️‍🔥 Just two friends, zero expectations, all the respect and love in the world for each other and a hell of lot of km run together 🤣

@hyroxsa CT Ladies Doubles 2026 - 1st in AG & 1st overall 🙏🏼
A really special memory made with @carmen_int13 ❤️❤️❤️ Could not wish for a better partner.

A little snippet of what 2025 meant to me🔥

A year full of ups and downs, but each moment brought space to reflect and appreciate🤍

To the new friendships and the old ones, to the challenges overcome and achievements conquered. The many runs (and physio appointments), the book/ everything club dinners, weekends away, family celebrations, and everything in between ☀️

2025 was a year spent doing things that make my cup full, and I’m so grateful for the people always in my corner🤩

Every moment mattered! We are so proud of the Velocity HYROX guys that absolutely killed it this weekend at the @hyroxsa Cape Town Race! This is what relentless effort, team spirit, and months of quiet grind can build. 👏🔥Awesome performance by coach and athlete! @keegan_ritchie_27!

What's next? 😉
