Forgive yourself for not knowing earlier what only time could teach.

You weren’t weak. You weren’t stupid. You were LEARNING.

Every wrong turn, every bad decision, every season you wish you could take back? That was tuition. And you already paid it in full.

So stop beating up the man you used to be. He did the best he could with what he had. But you? You know better now. So DO better now.

Get up. Own it. Build anyway.

The past is a teacher, not a prison. 🔥

Save this for the day you need it. Send it to a man who’s carrying old guilt.

Another week pushing. Weights going up, body fat going down. We’re churning.

Low energy lately as we grind out these last few weeks. Workouts have gotten tougher, but that is all to be expected. This is the point where you have to dig deep and find your purpose of why you are doing this to yourself. For me, it’s because I love this shit

Had to recruit big dawg @joe.santorolifts for this one. Shared a scoop of @alphasuppsusa The One preworkout and went to work! Not letting up, we are just getting started 😤

Read that again. 👆

The pain you’re carrying right now? It’s not your punishment, it’s your preparation. 🔥

You’ve been through the fire and you’re still standing. That’s not luck, that’s growth. Stop asking “why me” and start asking “what is this building in me?”

Drop a 🙏 if you’re choosing to grow through it. Share this with a brother who needs to hear it today. 👇

Controversy doesn’t build your character, it exposes it. 🔥

When everybody’s loud, be the one who’s locked in. When they question you, answer with your work. The best version of you was never meant to hide from the heat. It was built in it.

So who shows up when the pressure hits? 👇 Drop a 💪 if you’re choosing the best version of you TODAY.
