Every woman you see here sat in a professional’s chair feeling some version of the same thing.

Nervous. Apprehensive. Unsure. Worried they’d look “too made up.” Worried about their skin, their hair, their lines. Worried they wouldn’t look like themselves.

And we keep asking ourselves…Why?

Why are so many women over 50 approaching beauty already expecting something to go wrong?

These are conversations professional hairstylists and makeup artists hear in their chairs every day.

And they’re a huge part of what sparked Finally, for her.

None of these women needed to look younger.

They needed someone who understood their hair, their skin, the right products and what they wanted.

Beauty doesn’t stop being for you because you turned 50.

Finally, for her.

The best beauty recommendations don’t always come from someone who looks exactly like you.

They come from someone who works with people like you every day.

Professional hairstylists and makeup artists can meet a client for the very first time and know which products to reach for. They work across different skin types, textures, concerns, hair types and ages and they need products they can trust to actually perform.

So when a professional tells you “this is brilliant for fine hair that struggles to hold a curl” or “I use this when foundation tends to settle into fine lines”, that recommendation comes from real experience.

That’s exactly what Finally, For Her is about. We’re putting professional recommendations in front of women 50+ from the people who work with mature hair and skin every single day.

Less guessing. Less buying products because they’re trending. More recommendations based on what professionals have actually seen work.

Looking for something specific? There’s probably a professional who has a recommendation for that.

Vintage charm but make it modern ✨️

I loved making this bespoke invitation and menu inspired by the beautiful Art Nouveau settings of @ashleycourtdevon

With floral illustrations and sustainable textured paper showing the beauty in intention and meaningful details.

Did you know I can add illustrations to your stationery, including the collections?

It's a great way to add personal touches that mean something special to you as a couple. Perhaps inspiration taken from your venue or flowers from your bouquet.

We can tie everything together by incorporating storytelling throughout your stationery, from invitations to on the day. Telling your story to your guests in the most lovely way.

Flowers are lovely. But finding beauty products that actually work for Mum? We know which we would prefer…

This time, we asked the professionals to do it for the mums.

The ones who haven’t updated their makeup bag in years.
The ones still using the same hair products they bought ages ago.
The ones who keep saying they’ll sort their skincare routine out, when they get a minute.

Not because they don’t care but because there’s never really been the time to figure out what’s actually worth buying, what works for changing skin, hair and the way makeup sits now.

So we’re doing the research for her. Real recommendations. From professionals who know what they’re talking about. Products chosen with *her* in mind.
