Some bits and pieces of two days in Brooklyn on one page. I always find the cats and dogs, and these two were perfect subjects and will bring me right back to this week. #drawyourday #drawyourworld #drawyouradventures

Reupholstered family heirlooms because what holds our memories carries a significance no new thing can replace, and how artists play light in @carolleskanic’s lamp and @monakuhnstudio’s photography.

Keep things original.

The best part of what we do has always been the people behind the work. This summer, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with extraordinary women whose artistry, craftsmanship, and stories have shaped every collection that has come through our doors. Supporting women in business and celebrating thoughtful design is at the heart of The 1818 Collective, and we’re so grateful to share their work with all of you. Here’s to the makers who continue to inspire us every day.
