✨Overdue post incoming!

Back at the end of May, I celebrate my 30th birthday (and golden birthday) in Mexico with some of my favorite people. Everyone made every moment so so special. My sister-in-law deserves an extra shout out because she sweetly planned a theme for each day with little surprises along the way. My husband graciously scored us some discounted massages and hydrotherapy for us girls on my birthday; which was like nothing I had experienced before. In addition to all this, we enjoyed pool time, so many amazing meals, beach moments, and late nights on the dance floor. If you were to ask me what my favorite part was I would say, “lying by the pool eating fish tacos and drinking a blended mango margarita with Taheen.” There’s just nothing quite like it. Getting to “shut your brain off” at an all inclusive resort is what was needed after 30 years of life 😉 it may have been a short trip but it was everything I needed. Until next time, Mexico 🇲🇽

On another note, I am still in my Saturn return, and what a wild ride that’s been (IYKYK). Sending love to all my fellow friends turning 30. Love seeing us all out here doing our best. ❤️‍🔥

Saying goodbye to a big part of my life. Spent a quarter of my life working in Mister Buds. I'll always cherish the people I've met, the coworkers that turned into family, and all the memories I've made there. I met my husband at this place!!! Forever grateful❤️

Peace, love, & water 🌊

Got to enjoy some mom mental health time now that Bowen’s pink eye is gone. And now Garth is heading into hernia surgery. 👍🏼

Don’t forget to take care of yourself before taking care of others. ❤️

There is nothing cooler than seeing women take up space in the weight room getting stronger and more confident. 😍😍

Here are some highlights from our strength block that we just wrapped up!

@ktdabrowski and I are so dang proud of this team. It’s been so inspiring to see this community grow and to watch so many amazing women take charge of their fitness journeys and show up for themselves. And they are getting so strong! This is just the beginning! 🥂

Want to join us!?

Love celebrating all the “firsts” with the first child & sharing them with Auntie Carrie!

Middleton Farms was quite the experience for 15 week old Bowen today. Great fun, food, and memories! He was pretty tired after our adventure through the corn maze but we had to hit the corn pit before we left. 🌽 (Highly recommend for a great sensory experience!)

Once we got home and had a good nap, the pumpkin pic had to be done. 🎃

Truly a memory for the books!

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY 💐 to so many wonderful mothers out there. Momma Ron @rondasmith you are truly something special. I don’t know what I’d do without you. Thanks for being such a great example and for helping bring so many other great mom examples into my life. AND special shout out to my MIL Nancy! Love you both so much. Cheers to you❤️
