Already took the course and loved it? Want to come back for the cohort only? Yes, you can do that!

⭐️ comment “NOVEMBER”

We hope to see you there!

In this episode, I’m joined by Tina Haupert of Carrots ’N’ Cake, my FDN colleague, p€p tide friend, and co-creator of the P€p tides for Practitioners Certification Course. We’re getting honest about our personal experiences with p€p tides, especially when it comes to chronic gut issues and the reality that not every p€p tide works the way we hope it will.
We also talk about the connection between chronic stress and gut health, and how learning to slow down, set boundaries, and make room for hobbies and relationships can make a difference.
Plus, we share more about our upcoming live P€p tides for Practitioners cohort and why real-life experience matters when learning how to use p€p tides as part of a bigger health picture.

In this episode, I’m joined by my good friend Tina Haupert, the woman behind @carrotsncake , an FDN practitioner, longtime health and fitness blogger, and experienced p@p tide self-experimenter. Tina has been on a long health journey with ulcerative colitis, and her search for better health has led her to explore a wide range of p@p tides for healing, inflammation, pain, metabolism, body composition, and overall health.
Tina and I talk about the good, the bad, and the unexpected parts of using p@p tides. She shares some of her biggest p@p tide wins, as well as the experiences that did not go as planned, including some pretty intense reactions to M O T S c, Thymosin Alpha 1, and FOX O4 DRI. We also talk about the p@p tides that have worked really well for her, including ARA 290 for nerve pain, G L P 1s for appetite control and food noise, and Tesa + KPV for body composition and inflammation. Most importantly, this episode is about looking at p@p tides as another tool in the toolbox rather than a magic solution. Your experience may be completely different from someone else’s, which is why bio-individuality, proper guidance, and understanding the bigger picture all matter.

In this episode, we cover:
✅ Why B P C 1 5 7 + T B 5 0 0 was Tina’s “gateway p@p tide”
✅ Her experience with M O T S c and why M O T S c may not be a good fit for everyone
✅ Her experience with a high dose of Thymosin Alpha-1 and the importance of starting low and slow
✅ FOXO 4-DRI and the theory behind targeting senescent “zombie” cells
✅ Her experience using ARA 29 0 for severe nerve pain and how it helped her go from barely functioning to feeling much better

In this episode of The Quantum Health Connection Podcast, Vanessa and Heather welcome Tina of Carrots & Cake to talk about her journey with ulcerative colitis, functional nutrition, and the often-overlooked impact of under-eating and overtraining.

Tina shares her story of being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2011 and how her search for answers eventually led her to functional diagnostic nutrition and coaching. She also discusses how changing her mindset around chronic illness became an important part of her own healing journey.

We dive into why so many women—especially in their 40s and 50s—struggle with chronic under-eating, excessive exercise, perfectionism, and fear of gaining weight. Tina explains how consistently eating enough food and supporting muscle and metabolism can be foundational to better health.

The universe brings things to you in the oddest ways. In the last two months, I’ve had people reach out to me asking about peptides mainly the GLP one version cause it’s people who know me from the fitness world and what they are seeing in their friends at the gym.
My honest reaction was no! I just didn’t wanna go there cause I feel like it’s cheating . . . just work hard, to eat right, change your lifestyle, yada yada and you don’t need that! But as you see people are gonna do what they wanna do. Sooooooo now I feel it’s my responsibility for my clients to find a safe and reputable source.
I’m on it! Stay tuned!

Two VERY different conversations. One big goal: better support for the person in front of you.

During GLP-1 Practitioner Week, Tina Haupert + Justin Harris are taking us into:

💉 GLP-1 microdosing + where it fits
🥩 Nutrition, strength + metabolic foundations
🧬 Genetics + weight
🧬 Why GLP-1 response can look different from person to person
🔎 Turning better information into more personalized support

Because GLP-1s are not a one-size-fits-all conversation.

GLP’s aren’t for everyone, but just like anything they have a time and place.

Today we’re sitting down with @carrotsncake to discuss when a GLP can help, how to keep your muscle on it, how avoid that melted candle / corpse look! 🤢, and where to get it (because not all places are created equal!)

If you’ve wondered about GLPs but been too scared to ask about them - or curious how people of all shapes and sizes use them and why - comment TINA for the full episode! We think you’ll get a lot out of it!

This habit is causing us to hold onto more fat and be anxious….and yet almost all of us do it! 🤦🏼‍♀️😖

This is just a tiny sneak peek from our full podcast episode with Tina at @carrotsncake about losing weight in your 40s and 50’s. She shared so many great takeaways!

Want to listen to the whole episode? Comment TINA, and we’ll send it over!

What if your “imperfect” weekend actually SAVED your diet?

Drop a 🙋🏼‍♀️ if you’ve ever sworn off a food, caved to a craving, and felt like you blew the whole thing.

We sat down with Tina Haupert (FDN-P) from @carrotsncake to talk weight loss after 40 and there were SO many great takeaways!

Here’s what all 3 of us keep seeing with our clients: the women who stay consistent aren’t the ones who never slip. They’re the ones who don’t spiral when they do.

Perfectionism is the #1 thing keeping women over 40 from real results. Not the donuts.

Comment TINA below and we’ll send you the link to the full episode!
