What if you gave yourself just ONE minute? This month’s 1-minute movement: CALF RAISES. 👣 Stand tall. Hold onto something if you need to. Rise up onto your toes…lower back down…repeat. That’s it. You’re strengthening your calves, ankles and balance while getting your body moving. And here’s the bigger point: One minute feels too small to matter…until you do it every day. I’m doing 1 minute of movement every day in October and I want you to join me. No perfect workout required. No gym required. No hour of your day required. Just ONE MINUTE. Who’s in? 👇

I used to hate: My curly hair My height My deep emotions Dressing like “a girl” My freckles My stomach My long hands My own sweat 😓 It was brutal to be a teenager in the 90’s in Ecuador, where every girl was 5’4” and all the boys were shorter than me. Most weighed 110lbs while I was 150lbs. Where the perfect straight hair ruled, and I never saw my teammates sweat like it did! I hated that I was emotional, wanted to be loved the way I loved. I hated my stomach…the pain to wear crop tops or a bikini was real. I saw myself through the lens of what I was “supposed to be”. Funny how much I ADORE those things about me now. All. Of. Them. ♥️ and I know others do too. Today was a good day. @wearemakewellness_ summit 2026 is such a beautiful space to remember who I truly am.

I love what I do, but what I love even more is what it has allowed me to say YES to. Yes to experiences. Yes to more time with my family. Yes to making memories with my girls that I know we’ll talk about for years. I’ve built an additional stream of income in the pockets of my day, around a life I already love …not instead of it. And that kind of freedom means more to me than I can put into words. If you’ve ever wondered what I’m doing, or you’ve been looking for a way to create a little more time and financial freedom in your own life, I’d love to share it with you. Comment FREEDOM and I’ll send you the details. 🤍 #TimeFreedom #FinancialFreedom #MoreMemories #SideIncome #WorkAroundYourLife

Our group is growing every day! Why? Because everyone can find ONE MINUTE each day for movement ❤️ Even on a holiday. Even when it’s not part of a workout and you’re fitting it in around your busy life. Even if you miss a day or modify. Even if don’t want to post a video (I can add you to our message group). We are only 7 days in, it’s not too late to start, all are welcome! Comment IN or message me to join us so we can cheer you on! #midlifewomen #wellness #bettereveryday #inittogether #fitnessover40

One of the unexpected perks of saying “yes” to MAKE? 💗 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 💗 This is my friend, @caryl_paw ...and I adore her. We met through MAKE, and this picture is from our last convention. (Proof that we actually do leave our home offices once in a while. 😆) Caryl is a kindergarten teacher, a wife, a marathoner...and she’s been living with MS for more than 20 years. For the longest time, she figured feeling exhausted was just the price of admission. Brain fog? Probably the MS. Running on coffee? Pretty much a personality trait. ☕️😂 Then she started giving her body a different kind of support. Now she’s waking up before her alarm (who even IS she?!), keeping up with a room full of 5-year-olds without coffee 🤯, recovering faster after workouts, thinking more clearly, and actually sleeping through the night instead of having those lovely 3 a.m. staring contests with the ceiling. Stories like Caryl’s are my favorite because they remind me that getting older doesn’t automatically mean accepting less energy, slower recovery, or feeling “meh” every day. And no...I’m not saying peptides turn kindergarten teachers into superheroes... ...but I’m also not not saying that. 😉 If you’re wondering what she’s doing differently, send me a message. I’d be happy to connect you with Caryl so you can hear her story firsthand. I have a feeling you’ll love her as much as I do.

Meet my sweet friend Caryl ❤️ She’s a kindergarten teacher, a wife, a marathoner, and she’s been living with MS for over 20 years. Like so many women in their 40s, she thought feeling exhausted was just part of life and often blamed her brain fog on MS. Coffee got her through the school day, and by the time she got home, there wasn’t always much left in the tank. Check out what has changed since she started taking natural peptides. Now, Caryl wakes up before her alarm most mornings, has the energy to keep up with a classroom full of 5-year-olds all day (no coffee required!), recovers faster after workouts, has more mental clarity, and is finally sleeping through the night without those dreaded 3 a.m. wake-ups. Watching Caryl has been a reminder that your 40s don’t have to mean settling for less energy, slower recovery, or simply surviving the day. Sometimes, giving your body the right support can make all the difference. If you’ve been wondering what she’s doing differently, send me a message. I’d love to connect you with her so you can hear her story firsthand. 💙

One of the many things I love about MAKE Wellness is the community. We just started a friendly Peps & Steps Challenge. The goal? Hit 10,000 steps, encourage each other, and have a little fun competition along the way. Today I headed to the gym for strength training and checked my watch. 4,000 steps. 😳 That wasn’t going to cut it. So I threw on my weighted vest, jumped on the treadmill, cranked the incline to 15, burned over 600 calories, and hit 10,000 steps. But there are over 100 people in this challenge, and by the time I drove home, I had already dropped from the Top 10 to 15th place. Clearly, I couldn’t let that stand. 😏 After dinner, I threw on my Birkenstocks and headed out for an evening walk. The humidity was brutal, but I was determined to climb that leaderboard. Then I came home and, yes… I’m not ashamed to admit it… I did the Cha Cha Slide in my family room while watching the Braves game. 💃⚾ I kept dancing until I earned my Bronze Medal. I may not have won the Olympics, but tonight it sure felt like I did! 🥉😂 Accountability works. Friendly competition works. Making health fun works. And doing it with an incredible community makes it even better. If you’ve been looking for a simple way to move more and stay motivated, it’s not too late to join us. Who’s starting tomorrow? 🙋‍♀️

Not sure what I love more… The leadership training. The mountain views. The conversations that change your perspective. Or being surrounded by women who are committed to growing, dreaming bigger, and cheering each other on every step of the way. ❤️ Proof that success doesn’t have to be lonely. If you’ve ever wondered what happens when you get in the right room with the right people… this is it. ✨
