I guess the real question is… who doesn’t get the most out of our retreats?

There’s a reason I don’t have an application process. I’ve never wanted people to feel like they had to be a certain kind of person to belong here.

These containers welcome everyone exactly as they are—yogis, non-yogis, men, women, beginners, seasoned practitioners, solo travelers, couples, the curious, the skeptical, the seekers, and everyone in between.

The magic of a retreat often comes from being surrounded by people you may never have crossed paths with outside of this setting. People with different stories, backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences.

And then something beautiful happens.

You find connection with someone who seems “nothing like you,” only to realize that beneath it all, we are so much more alike than we are different.

All are welcome.
All are loved.
All are accepted.

And all leave remembering that they belong here.

Something happened last week and I’m still not over it..

👉🏽 The theme of this week was to Work Hard, Recover Harder. And we f*cking did. We also PLAYED HARD, HEALED HARD, LAUGHED HARD AND LOVED HARDER.

Badass hiking, jumping off waterfall cliffs, Temezcal ceremony, deep conversations, Vinyasa + Yin yoga and looong juicy meditations.. it was edgy, memorable, fun, and a week for the books 📚

👉🏽 But here’s what gets me 🥺 The unofficial theme of this retreat was (re)kindling relationships.

Whether it was a father and his grown son,

A mother and her teenage daughter,

Besties living on opposite coasts,

College roommates,

A couple spending their first week alone since having a child,

A couple just six months into their relationship — or a couple celebrating their 20 year anniversary.

This Retreat not only brought these pairs of individuals closer, but it also allowed each guest to rekindle their own relationship with him- or herself.

Through sitting in extended periods of silence and stillness, to new movement patterns..

To being with nature (literally sleeping amongst the treetops), and surrounded by a new culture + new friends.

Each guest experienced a new reality through their experience in El Salvador. And this new reality on Retreat week inevitably leaves them changed upon returning home.

The transformations here hit different.

Grateful to be witness to this life-changing work.

Our retreat family expanded by 25 + I can’t wait to see where we all meet up next 🌍

El Salvador Retreat Recap 🌊✨

This retreat left us with full hearts and a deep sense of gratitude for every single person who said YES.

There will always be obstacles. There will always be reasons to wait, reasons to postpone, reasons to convince yourself that experiences like this should come later. So many people view retreats, trainings, or even a well-earned vacation as something they have to earn, as if one day someone will hand them permission and say, “Okay, you’ve worked hard enough. Now you can spend your money on something you love.”

I’m here to challenge that belief.

Money is meant to circulate. Every dollar carries an energetic exchange, and when you choose to invest in experiences that have the potential to change the course of your life - just like my very first retreat did for me as a student - you expand your capacity for abundance, possibility, and choice.

A life well lived isn’t one filled with “I wish I would’ve,” “I should’ve,” or “I could’ve.” It’s built on the moments where you said YES despite the obstacles. Every barrier you move through opens the door to new opportunities, deeper connections, and a greater appreciation for the life you’re creating.

You can always make more money, but you can’t always make more memories.

When you shift the way you view spending money—from loss to investment - you’ll be repaid tenfold through the experiences, relationships, growth, and joy that come from it.

Enjoy making money. Enjoy spending it. Enjoy sharing it. Let scarcity rest and say YES to that dream trip you’ve been putting off.

So… where are we going next? 🌎

this moment, at 11:11AM, will forever be etched in my heart as a core retreat memory.

the rain stopping just long enough to experience a blissful hike, being surrounded by waterfalls, new and old friends, family and chosen family.. was nothing short of perfection.

absolutely every element to this retreat weekend turned out better than expected🤩

surely our angels + guides were co-conspiring the 11/11 magic for us 🪄 and the intentions + manifestations that were seeded over that weekend were supercharged in our candlelit lodge-turned-yoga studio 🥹

one practice i did not lead that weekend was YOGA NIDRA. (but that two hour yin tho!!)

continuing the 11/11 celebration, keep your calendars open for a special way to connect next month. dream up your big manifestations + be ready to plant them collectively with a workshop live-streamed via zoom. registration opens this week 🫶🏽

what you say YES to, matters.

just as @camille_love19 said a resounding YES when @caryryan78 proposed, my YES was easy when they asked if i would officiate their wedding.

this experience was truly yoga in its purest form, “off the mat” style: bringing souls together, celebrating LOVE + LIFE within a sacred community.

we held hands. we spoke about how camille manifested cary on our @blisscampretreats retreat in joshua tree. we laughed, cried, danced.. it was bliss all around.✨

as the second ceremony i’ve hosted (and hopefully far from the last), it was another beautiful opportunity to expand my edges and comfort zones.

so whether it’s coaching or mentorship, lunch with a new friend, traveling with intention, dating someone new, exploring new types movement or self-care.. what feels empowering?

what feels like tiptoeing into uncharted territory, but you just know there can’t help but be growth + goodness on the other side?

life requires this of us. to lean into that which feels expansive, heart-led, and a full-body f*ck YES.
