What a beautiful day celebrating baby boy! Our little pumpkin is already so loved! Thank you to all my sweet friends and family that came out to celebrate with us. James and I are so grateful to have such wonderful people in our lives. 🍁🎃❤️

Boulders for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. It’s rocks, at least the section I grew up in, all rocks.

Ran an ultra in August of 2025. DNF.
Today I fixed that.

(DNF = Did not finish for my non runner friends)

Less than 2 weeks later - almost every aspect of my life unexpectedly changed and fell apart. It was an answered prayer even though it was not what I wanted, it saved me in all the ways that matter.

10 months later, rebuilt with a sturdy foundation - in running and in life - I attempted 50 miles again. No crew, no race, just a sunny Sunday of redemption.

Thank you @corinnewallis_ / @drcorinne_dpt.atc and @casa.de.soleil for being the most incredible crew / support through out this wonderful sport we love.

AND my cheer squad today 💛 @haliprisaznik @bethany.hnatow @kevin_finlayson

Happy Full Moon in Scorpio, Happy Beltane, Happy first day of May.
🔥🌸 🌕
I’ve been ill all week. My body doesn’t really fw wind. Or pollen. Or the things that have been storing themselves in my heart and lungs for probably a very long time. I’m purging a lot of energy, but it wouldn’t be a Scorpio full moon if it didn’t bring all those things we keep hidden to light. 🔦✨What a treat.

Thanks to everyone who came out to our third session of the Plena Community of Practice. This project is part of my commitment to preserving and promoting Plena in Virginia, the Mid-Atlantic, and beyond. This wouldn't be possible without Professor @diazalicia1 and each of you that support the community workshops. We will keep this going...cool things are coming. We had more folks in the session but they left before we could take the selfie...my apologies for not taking the photo earlier.

🌿🌀what an honor to be among women. we began our hike by each naming one thing we love about ourselves. to speak it aloud, to be witnessed, to be celebrated - that is medicine✨

i don’t have everyone’s ig- sound off in the comment so we can connect!
