I am so lucky to have this talented and passionate woman as my best friend! She has been competing in Irish dance for longer than I've known her (we first met in middle school!), so it came as no surprise when she started her own Irish Dance school (@oconnoririshdance), and now she's training young dancers to compete and win just as she did! Her latest project is just as cool and so inspiring! Casey just launched "My Irish Dance Journal," a self-guided dance journal that will bring dancers across the world together as one community deepening their practice through #100daysofirishdance! So proud of her!! Check out her school and the book!

Did you know @chipotle has cauliflower rice now? I’m so out of the loop!

In more important news, I had lunch with my BFF today. @casey.oconnor.kelly is quite pregnant so I got to ask her about all the cool things she’s learning about babies and humans ❤️

Today was supposed to be my babies due date. Bentley came 4 weeks early which was totally unexpected on March 24th! These past 4 weeks have been one of the best times in my life. I’m enjoying every moment of it. ♥️ Even when I get peed on when changing the diaper🤣
