POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A day that lived up to everything Kona represents.

The heat. The humidity. The wind. The relentless pursuit of something extraordinary.

From the first strokes in Kailua Bay to the final miles down Aliʻi Drive, the Ironman World Championship delivered another unforgettable chapter in the sport.

And through it all, our RAW athletes showed up.

Different journeys, different ambitions, but a shared determination to compete among the best in the world. Performances that reflect the caliber of athletes we’re fortunate enough to stand behind.

To everyone who represented RAW on the biggest stage in triathlon, we’re incredibly proud of what you accomplished.

This is what it’s all about.

Behind every athlete on the start line is a story of sacrifice, discipline, and countless hours of work that most people will never see.

Early mornings. Long days. Finding time when there isn’t any. Showing up when it would be easier not to.

That’s what makes this sport special. It’s not just about the professionals at the front. It’s about the everyday athletes who continue to push their limits and discover what they’re capable of.

To our RAW age-group athletes taking on Kona this weekend, you’ve earned your place here. Now go make it count.

KONA. EARNED THE HARD WAY.

The age-group women deserve the spotlight.

Meet the five highest-ranked women on our Kona start list, then swipe through the top-ranked athletes in each age group with saved rankings, from F18?24 to F75?79.

The overall top five:
1. Lou Prigent @louprigent
2. Jana M?ller @jana_tri_mueller
3. Emma Alitz @emma.alitz
4. Ariane Lalancette @arianelalancette
5. Victoria Feng @viclfeng

WHAT DO THE RANKINGS MEAN?
Triathlon Lab PowerIndex ranks athletes using recorded race performance. Slide 1 compares women across age groups; the following slides show the top-ranked athletes within each age group. The smaller overall number shows where each athlete sits in the women’s field.

A ranking is not a finish forecast. These scores describe past performance; they don’t predict the order athletes will cross the line in Kona. Conditions, execution and race-day form still matter.

F70?74 has four ranked athletes and F75?79 has one in this snapshot. F80?84 has no saved rankings, so there is no slide for that group. Athletes without a saved score are not included in the ranked top fives.

Who are you watching in your age group? Tag them below.

3 years ago I was sleeping on the floor. 3 years ago I tried to take my own life.

Life can change. I promise you that.

August beat the shit out of me, but it reminded me where I started.

It reminded me where I came from.

It reminded me the pains and trauma of what I have been through in real life , will never compare to the pain I chose to endure for these events.

It reminded me that I rose once, and I can do it over and over again.

All love
