CASEY 😍⁣⁣

6 WEEKS 🔥⁣⁣

Challenge:⁣⁣
👙 6 Week Bikini RD 3⁣⁣
⁣⁣
"Firstly, I want to say THANK YOU, to Rachel and her team! Everyone is amazing. After having my second child via emergency C-section earlier this year, this Challenge was exactly what I needed. I’ve been in the fitness industry for some time, but after having my baby girl, I was just having a hard time planning something and sticking to it 💯. I typically have always created my own plans. And it’s always been hard for me to “Trust the Process” when it comes to working with someone else. I have always focused on bulking and building muscle. Why? Growing up I was somewhat insecure about being skinny. So when I realized I could build muscle and create curves, I fell in love with that. It gave me a tremendous amount of confidence. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This time I stepped out of my comfort zone and went with something I never thought I’d do. Being in a calorie deficit, and doing more HIIT and cardio than I ever have. I had body goals I wanted to reach after my second child, and I also wanted to prove to myself I could do this. I knew I wanted to lose quite a bit of fat before focusing on building muscle again. It challenged me in more ways than one, needless to say. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I’m so proud of myself and love the outcome! I’m 28 and feel sexier now than I did when I was 20 🙌 I want women to know that you can feel sexy and confident even after kids. Some things may never be the same internally or externally, but that doesn’t mean you can’t build a body that you love. Let’s get rid of the 'having children will ruin your body' stigma 💪"⁣⁣
⁣⁣
We are so proud of you Casey! ❤️⁣⁣

@caseyjo92.fit found me through google and we spent a lot of time communicating about her session. She knew what she wanted. During their session we got to chatting and she and Josh shared with me that they did not have a good experience with their wedding photography. This absolutely broke my heart to hear. As a wedding photographer I want my clients to have such a perfect day. I want their experience to be one that they want to tell everyone about. Even though this wasn’t a wedding, I’m pretty sure Casey and Josh will tell everyone what a great evening we had during their maternity session!!! #maternityphotography #maternityshoot #maternitydress #sunsetphotography #sunsetglow #bythewater #onthelake #lakeside #laurelhillphotography
