Time flies, and it’s hard to reconcile sitting on the sidelines for so many years. This was my life. Skateboarding was everything. And when I look back on drifting away from it sometimes I don’t even understand how or why it happened. There’s grace in realizing that times change and that you will change as a person, “no man steps in the same river twice, the river has changed and so has the man”, but I got a bone to pick with that decision, and I’m determined to get back to form.

I woke up yesterday, June 21, not even realizing that it was go skate day. I haven’t skated in almost 10 years, but a bit of serendipity placed me next to a @zumiez on go skate day, and so I bought my first complete in about a decade. I missed skateboarding, it was a massive part of my youth and is still a culture I live and breathe. I’m going to relearn what I’ve forgotten and improve upon what I still remember. This account will be fully dedicated to that journey. Enjoy

Took down a B Tier last weekend at The SoCal Series Championships!

The final round of this tournament is something I will always remember for the rest of my life. At one point I had a 4 stroke lead with 7 holes to play. After a double bogey and few short missed putts I had 2 strokes going into hole 17. I threw OB and had to re-tee and then threw my next shot out of bounds. I had a 90 foot death putt for a bogey. I knew I had to make it and I did. Easily the most clutch moment of my life. I went on to birdie hole 18 to win by 1 stroke.

Moments like these are what I play for. I’ve been giving myself plenty of opportunities so to finally win feels great!

Shoutout to everyone who I played with this weekend, you guys made this one of my favorite events of the year.

And thanks to my sponsor @innovadiscs and @teaminnovadiscs
