THE FIRST TWO EPISODES ARE READY AND WAITING FOR YOU!

Here in episode 1:
I introduce the concept of fashion wellness and why a positive relationship with your closet matters so much.

I talk about my role as an image coach, and how I help you express your true self through your personal style instead of dressing the way the industry pressures you to.

I share insights from my no-buy years and encourage you to find joy in the wardrobe you already have.

This episode is all about resetting the ritual of how we interact with our closets, so you can grow more self-love and confidence in your own style choices.

Mark your calendars for this wild ride we’re about to go on. I don’t know much about building a podcast but I do know I have a lot to say about style, fashion, and how you can turn your closet into one of the greatest, most powerful wellness tools you own.

Welcome to the FASHION WELLNESS Podcast, a place where getting dressed feels lighter, more joyful, and more expressive. I take my 25 years in the fashion industry and pass it on to you, mixing mindset strategies with style strategies to help you build more confidence, clarity, motivation, and self-love. The Fashion Wellness Podcast doesn’t just change how you feel about style, it changes how you feel about yourself, and I’m so excited to show you everything about it. 15-minutes a week and you will never see your closet the same again... let’s do this!

The trailer is live now, go to my link in bio to see what it’s all about and subscribe.

I see you. I WAS you. And most of us don’t even know this is a problem... but it is.

I am ALL ABOUT the expression and the art of fashion, but what I’M NOT about is the shitty way the industry makes you feel. I’ve had a lifetime of watching the destruction it does to women’s mental health and I am OVER IT. I’m standing up against it.

For me, it wasn’t until I paused my buying that I started to feel the weight lift, my eyes clear, and a whole new world of style and self-expression opened up once I got out of the rat race I didn’t even know I’d been put in.

Don’t get me wrong, this account is not about you dressing minimalist or simple. Here, I encourage you to be your boldest most expressive self, I just show you how to do it without drowning in a sea of clothes.

You are SO MUCH MORE than a buy button or a link in a post... and I’m ready to show you that.

Follow along if I can be by your side in this... AND send it to a friend, because feeling good about yourself is always better with someone else.

xoxo, Casey

The one day that changed everything! When I embarked on the experiment to not buy clothes for a year (which ended up being two years) I had NO IDEA it would completely change my life.

I didn't know it was going to bring me more confidence, that it was going to help me love myself more, that it would forever help me not buy as much but wear more out of my closet... and I definitely did not think it was going to make me a whole new business. Whoa.

What a wild ride these last 7 years have been to be able to live in this realization. Let's make a REVOLUTION!
Goodness this life is cool 💖 🥹

JOY today was taking a break in working and making fun content with my girl @merakispeech .

What would happen if an Image Coach and Speech Pathologist changed jobs for a day? 😳

In all of this business stuff, you still gotta have fun and surround yourself with awesome people while you do it.

Love you @sheafitzz

Building something that no one has done before is hard.
There is no playbook... just you and your thoughts.

Day 236. The house is quiet, everyone is in bed, and my mind has me all to itself. This is what building something from scratch actually looks like.
Come along with me...

Let me paint the picture… you’re in a rush and need to pull together an outfit. But the one you have on doesn’t quite match the vibe of where you’re going… what if, instead of changing the whole outfit, you just tried on different shoes? Ones that can either dress it up or dress it down?

That is the magic of shoes… they can change the entire vibe of an outfit.

—> This happened to me with this exact outfit. I was headed to a kids’ birthday party and originally had on the gold sequin flats. With those shoes, it felt more dressed up than I wanted. So instead of changing the whole outfit, I just switched to sneakers. Voila! Funky, fun, and chic. It was like magic.

Save this for when you need inspo.

And if you’re ready to buy less and actually feel more like yourself, my page is your next stop. 💕

WHY? Let’s break this down:

1. I don’t like fashion rules because they tend to confuse you more than help you. Plus there are about 1,573,380 of them so how are you supposed to follow all of them? You can’t… and then, because you can’t, it makes you feel like crap.

2. Throw the “in” and “out” lists out. They are manufactured ways to make you feel insecure so you buy more. Sure, you see an “in-style” item that brings you joy? Go for it but don’t feel like you need to live and die by these lists. My truth to you… you are NEVER out of style, you do what you want! (I talk more about this in my sessions)

3. If you have fallen into the trap of being on social media and instantly buying things. Stop. If you have so much in your closet that hasn’t been worn, unfollow the people creating your closet to be that way. It is only causing you overwhelm and that overwhelm is causing insecurities. Stop trying to be like someone else, stop buying, and start learning how to wear the things you already have.

4. Getting your colors done can be great but it can also be limiting. In my opinion, color analysts give you TOO many colors YOU CAN’T wear. I do like that it helps guide you in the right direction, however, rules (especially in fashion) are meant to be broken. So fine, get your colors done, but then remember to break them.

5. AND MOSTLY I HATE the way you bash on yourself. You are beautiful my friend. Everything about you is you. Start talking to yourself the way your 5 year-old self needs to hear… when we can start loving ourselves is when we truly expand. This alone can create a style you didn’t even know was possible.

Ultimately, as a former stylist I really have a hard time with anything that limits you and doesn’t expand you. Style is supposed to be personal, expressive, and alive!
Save this for when you need that style pep talk!
