Had some time to kill this weekend…

I used to spend hours (and days) hiking mountains alone in the northeast. Looking back now I realize those experiences taught me to be okay with my own company, embrace long days on my feet & keep going when it feels rough:)

It’s cool to do hard things & remind yourself what you’re capable of!
