These ladies! 🙌 Delved into my phone camera roll last night (84 thousand photos strong, DAMN!😱) to pull out some photos for another job and came across this one - these two ladies are such shiny lovely lasses - Cas & Caz ✨💖💃🎉💪
@casscrouch is from @weelevatecollective and she is a powerhouse at connecting awesome people (Sydney small business peeps her connection catch ups are 💖✨💖✨)
And Caz is @fitbycaz she will get you moving in the most beautiful way 😉

Anyway - just wanted to share, when I came across this pic in my camera roll my face just lit up! So many lovely memories from this day as well when I painted this - it was at one of Cas’s International Women’s Day events, in Sydney.

I live having so many strong, beautiful, bad ass women in my life ❤️💪💃🎉

Return to Self Retreat 2026!

That’s a wrap!

What an incredibly special weekend with beautiful people transforming their inner worlds to experience a new outer world.

The magic began on day 1 with opening ceremony, altar building and meditation.

That set us up perfectly for day 2 where we connected as a group over our protective aspects of consciousness. We held each other through a process of meeting and conversing with these protective aspects.

Breathwork led to a somatic freedom that allowed emergence to occur on day 3 as we created our vision for the future that is grounded in our core values. We set it in with a lifeline healing circle and took it home in our vision journal.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all that helped create this, all who attended and really delved in and went deep with me. My heart is full and so is my cup. Infinite love and gratitude.

Special thanks to @casscrouch of @weelevatecollective for your vision and the way you held us all. Special thanks to @jeschev who loved on all of us with her magical food and energy. Thank you @studio_tingting for capturing us ♥️

We’re deep into retreat preparation…

This past week I’ve been delving deep into some of my favourite texts to sign for inspiration for the transformational workshops.

Each day our participants will have the opportunity to connect in and explore their inner worlds through safe and compassionate facilitation.

I have loved remembering and rehashing how our subconscious limiting beliefs influence our everyday lives and I feel especially warm remembering that these limiting beliefs were made to protect ourselves when we couldn’t be protected.

Forever humbled by the grace and intelligence of the nervous system…

The processes included in the workshops are inspired by @drdarrenweissman @tonyrobbins @michael_a.singer @carolinemyss @drjoedispenza @katdiab_ creative_visualization @healdocumentry @kellygores and soon and so on ♥️✨

A casual night out with a few of the FBC crew…

Fit by Caz has always been about so much more than training. It’s built on community, connection, friendships and plenty of laughter.

That’s the heartbeat of our studio, and it’s what makes us so special.

Thank you to every single one of you for showing up, supporting not only FBC but each other, and creating the kind of community every woman deserves to be part of. I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve built together.

A bittersweet weekend filled with big goals, bigger hearts and a community that shows up 🖤
Watching women in my circle give it their all and succeed is something really special.

My heart is full because being part of someone else’s journey can be just as rewarding as racing yourself.

The biggest congrats to my cousin @mazmaatouk on coming 2nd in her wave and 12th overall in women’s doubles - she’s an absolute fkn weapon!!!! 💪🏻💪🏻

Last night, on the Winter Solstice, I attended a breathwork, yin and sound healing event.

To be honest, it was exactly the reset I didn’t realise I needed.

The last few months have felt a little...off. Between the knee, the waiting, the curveballs and all the shit that comes with having your life suddenly change direction, I felt like I’d drifted away from parts of myself.
Last night was a welcome reminder of who I am and that I’m still me underneath all the uncertainty, frustration and setbacks. A reminder to reconnect with the parts of myself I’d quietly misplaced along the way.

With surgery now only weeks away, I’m feeling hopeful. Not just about healing but about getting back to the things I love and the version of myself that’s been patiently waiting underneath all of this.

Today I woke up feeling lighter. And for the first time in months, I went for a long, slowwww walk in nature.

Was it glamorous? Absolutely not.
Did a few elderly walkers overtake me? Of course they did.
Did my watch kindly inform me that my walk was “easy”? Thanks, Scoop. Appreciate the emotional support.

But after months of struggling to walk any real distance, something as simple as a slow stroll felt like a massive win. Funny how the things we take for granted become the things we’re most grateful for.

Here’s to small wins, healing and new beginnings.
Winter Solstice is said to mark the return of the light.
Maybe this was my reminder that the next six months don’t have to look anything like the last six. 💛✨

Thank you to @casscrouch & @drjaxsonwearing for hosting a beautiful event. Looking forward to the next one.
