Yoga in the morning. Table tennis between sets. A pub quiz And yes… welly wanging. We’ve got a few bits planned across the weekend for when you’re not dancing. Are you ready? 🏓🧘‍♀️🥾 A chance to ground down, move with presence, breathe properly, and actually feel your body before heading into the day. You can bring your mat, or not, whatever you have! It’s not about being bendy or doing it perfectly. It’s about sharing a little sacred practice, feeling nature around you, and starting the day connected to yourself and everyone around you. You know where the link is 🔗

We Let Loose on the branding 😵‍💫 Building brands for your own projects is always difficult Since December, me and @v.xky.studio have been working closely to build out the branding for @letloose.festival We both had very different designs in mind trying to mash them together. But then we realised, this should be a celebration of everyone’s styles. Same as the music! We’ve ended up with a brand which actually has very loose brand guidelines.. and I love it! Everyone has been bringing their own spin on things, including @casualtables who designed this verrrry tasteful poster (cheers Ross!) Who letting loose? #branding #festival #logodesign

I got mail! 📬 Some banners arrived today that I had designed ahead of my Casual Tables event at @sparrowcardiff on Saturday! 🩷 Super happy with how these turned out and it's always fun to get physical versions of what I've designed on a screen. Here is a mini photoshoot me and my mate Roh did together - thanks for the pics @thiswomanpaints ! 📸

Join us for our first year and get to say, “I was there from the beginning.” A small, community-driven, grassroots festival. £45 for 2 days of multi-genre music in Mid Wales. Plus wood-fired pizza, draft pints and a pub quiz. What could be better?

I had moments of going analog over the past couple of weeks and completed a spread of Table Tennis inspired sketches - very much with @casualtables in mind. I had a lot of fun with these, and perhaps I'll implement some into the brand! 🩷 #tabletennis #sketches #sketchbookdrawing #doodleart #pingpong

🩷 NEW WORK! 🩷 This time it's for a personal adventure I'm taking. Introducing 'Casual Tables' - my new brand centred around a mini pop-up Table Tennis table and my general love for the sport. The problem I've found with Table Tennis is it's either in a sports hall played competitively or in a bar where you're charged an arm and a leg for 30 minutes of play. The beauty of the mini table is that we can pop it up anywhere and have a game, just for the hell of it!.. Cue the brand of Casual Tables being born 🏓 The visual style takes a lot of influence from 90s sports teams and their advertising/marketing material, specifically from over in the States. The result is a warm, cosy identity that hopefully sparks moments of nostalgia and a brand that feels inclusive, helping to create long-lasting memories. It's a passion project that's roughly a month old, and I can't wait to see where it goes! Waffle over, go support @casualtables ! 🩷🏓
