I remember going to take the first postpartum pic for my check in and how emotional it was.. I literally tried to give up every week, it wasn’t perfect but it was worth it … the reality is I can’t be that “gym rat” I once was, I have a baby,relationships and a career in this season of life.

The new gym version of me isn’t going to be the old version and I’m ok with that. In fact I’m excited to share this passion with my daughter and show her what a healthy lifestyle is going to look like 🥰

Philly Lip Sync was epic as always! @skygoddess13 you always freaking kill it, and light up that stage every single time!!!

I’m so happy this year that my sisters @jennyquin @razzle27 and @rebecca.quinones99 were able to take time off from work to support all of us FA’s!

@catcyoon thank you gorgeous for being my dance partner for the night… we need to go out dancing again soon!!!

For so long I made excuses for myself that gave me the easy way out, once I dropped those excuses hired a coach to keep me in check (shout out to my girl @catcyoon ) ,
put in the work and was real with myself that’s when I saw the results that I truly wanted for so long.

When your mind is ready to put in the work the goal will become attainable.

I’m not trying to live in a deficit forever that’s just not a lifestyle you can maintain but what it did for me was put me in a better mindset and get me out of that all or nothing mentality.

Felt good to do this for myself 🩵

Weigh in Wednesday

This past weekend was a little rough, was I 100% on my meal plan no did I enjoy myself yes. My old mentality would have just thrown in the towel and just ate whatever, the new me got right back on track.

My mindset is to carry on this healthy lifestyle and make better choices at this stage of my life.

Part of me says don’t put these embarrassing raw photos of myself out there but this is what keeps me going, seeing the little changes over time ⏰ ❣️
