🔥 DAY 2 — GIRLS GRAPPLING & GUNS🔥

Day 2 was an absolute blast out on the range! 🎯

We spent the afternoon covering firearm safety, proper range protocol, and responsible handling before putting in plenty of range time.

The ladies got experience with Glock pistols, an AR-9, and a .22 rifle—and anytime the group goes through nearly 5,000 rounds in an afternoon, you know everyone had a good time. 😂🔥

Great people. Great energy. An awesome way to finish Volume 1 of Girls Grappling & Guns.

🥋 Day 1: Grappling
🎯 Day 2: Range Day
💪 Two days focused on confidence, education, and self-defense.

Volume 1 is officially in the books.

Now it’s time for VOLUME 2.

Stay tuned… details coming soon. 👀

DAY 1 OF GIRLS GRAPPLING & GUNS IS A WRAP. 🥋🔥

What started as a conversation between three friends and longtime training partners quickly turned into something much bigger—something we hope to eventually share with women around the world.

Day 1 was all about the mats. We had the opportunity to share techniques and concepts that we’ve spent years of our lives learning, competing with, and perfecting with an incredible group of women.

We split the seminar between No-Gi and Gi, then finished the day the best way possible—getting some hard, fun rounds in with everyone. 🤼‍♀️
Followed by the best Acai bowls around.

But this project has always been about developing more than one skill set.

Tomorrow, Day 2 takes us off the mats and onto the range.🎯

We’ll be working on firearm safety, proper range protocol, and becoming comfortable and confident with another tool for personal protection.

Jiu-Jitsu teaches you how to protect yourself with your body.
Tomorrow, we work on another layer.

Girls Grappling & Guns — Volume 1. 🇺🇸🥋🎯

And we’re just getting started.

Catherine is a World Champion, mother, head instructor, and owner of @purebrazilianjiujitsu . She doesn't have time to fight with complex software or play phone tag for real human support. All Catherine wants is a reliable system and a dependable partner for Pure Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

That's why she chooses Kicksite.

We help make her busiest days manageable, so she has the time to do it all.

Your lunch break can be more than just a break. Make it your power hour. 💪

A midday workout is a chance to step away from the day, move your body, reset your energy, and come back stronger.

And there’s something special about training with a group.

Studies on group exercise show that working out with others can make exercise feel more motivating, more enjoyable, and easier to stick with over time. That extra encouragement, accountability, and sense of community can make a real difference.

At SALT, you’re not training alone.

You’re surrounded by people who:
• Encourage you when it gets hard
• Celebrate your progress
• Push themselves right alongside you
• Remind you that you’re capable of more than you think

You might walk into class tired from your morning, but you leave knowing you did something good for yourself.

Take your lunch break at SALT.
Every workout is another opportunity to get 1% better.

5 SPONSORED SPOTS. 🖤

Girls Grappling & Guns was created to bring women together through strength, confidence, education and community.

For our upcoming Chicago event, we want to do something that goes beyond just hosting a seminar.

We are sponsoring 5 spots for women who have experienced domestic violence, abuse, or another traumatic situation and who feel that learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense and responsible firearm safety could be part of rebuilding their confidence and sense of empowerment.

You do not have to share your story publicly.
You do not have to explain the details of what happened to you.

If this opportunity speaks to you — or if you know a woman who could benefit from it — please send us a private DM with the words:

“SPONSORED SPOT”

We will contact the selected women privately. ❤️
