When you end up doing the Macarena with two random lads in the pub! 😂 great night of food, fun and music… as always with @charlie__croker @cathysewsstuff & @richaf . Thanks @cathysewsstuff ! Last night Cathy bought me round her template and toile for one of the tops from her Japanese sewing book that I had been admiring! The toile fitted ! so today I whipped it up in a @sewhayleyjane fabric and I love it, comfy and cool! I did slash the neck a bit as it’s more me, super quick sew with only 1 pattern piece…. Which is perfect for lazy sewists like me! SWIPE for the full batwing effect!! 🤣🦇 #sewingjapanese #giftedpattern #sewingfriendsarethebest #sewistsofinstagram

Good morning and Happy Friday.
This week we have lots of #curtainstocouture in the traditional sense! But really this is for any upcycled/recycled makes and in fact any inspirational sewing that makes us look again. The rules are there are no rules! But it is easier to find you if you tag us! #curtainstocouture
