What a transformation! 🤍

I absolutely love how this Marietta primary bathroom turned out! We took a dated space with so much potential and turned it into a bright, timeless retreat.

By removing the oversized tub and incorporating beautiful millwork, marble, warm brass accents, and a freestanding soaking tub, we were able to completely transform the space while highlighting the architecture that was already there.

A special shout-out to Steven Panos for his beautiful craftsmanship in creating the custom walnut floating shelf 🤩

It’s always so rewarding to see a vision come to life, and this one is such a beautiful before and after!

Take a look through our kitchen portfolio and you'll notice that no two kitchens look exactly alike.

Different homes. Different architectural styles. Different finishes. Different homeowners.

But behind every kitchen we design are many of the same questions:

How does the space need to flow?

How do you actually use your kitchen?

What height works best for you?

Where should everything live?

What needs to be within reach?

How will the kitchen connect to the rest of the home?

And then come the beautiful details: cabinetry, countertops, tile, hardware, lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint, and finishes.

The finished kitchen may be what you see first. But the planning is what makes it work.

Planning a kitchen renovation in Atlanta and not sure where to begin? Let us can help you move from ideas to a thoughtful, cohesive design plan.

Of course you can 🤍

Every home is different, but our approach is always the same: thoughtful, personal design that feels like you.

My best friend wrote a BOOK. 🥹🤍

Jeanette’s Holistic Divorce is officially available on Kindle TODAY for just 99¢, and I could not be prouder of her.

This book is for anyone going through—or considering—divorce who wants to explore a more amicable, intentional way through it.

But here’s the thing: you don’t have to be getting divorced to support it.

If you believe in supporting another woman who put herself out there, created something meaningful and is working toward a really big goal, you can help today. 🤍

Grab the Kindle version for 99¢. Send it to someone who may need it. Share this Reel. Every download and share helps support her launch.

And if someone immediately came to mind when I said divorce, send this their way. You never know who might need it right now.

So proud of you, Jeanette @atlholisticfamilylaw 💖 Now let’s get this book into some hands. 🥹👏

Thank you @catmaxphoto for beautifully capturing our 20th anniversary party at @jacksonfineart.

Twenty years in, and the night was a reminder of what actually makes this work: the clients who became friends, the collaborators we’ve built alongside for years, and the community that’s been with us since the very beginning. ♥️

Things we notice when we walk into a client’s home for the first time… 👀

Not mistakes. Just opportunities we see right away:

• A rug that’s too small for the space
• Not enough lighting — especially layered lighting
• Windows left completely undressed
• And sometimes… a room that feels impossible to change because you’ve lived with it that way for years.

That’s where a fresh set of eyes can make all the difference. ✨

Thinking about going moody with a deep green, inky blue, muted plum, sophisticated burgundy or similar?

SAVE our pro interior designer tips!

➤ Consider the natural light.
A room with limited natural light doesn't automatically mean you can't use a dark color, but the undertones and surrounding finishes become even more important.

➤ Look at the entire palette.
Don't choose your wall color in isolation. Consider your flooring, cabinetry, upholstery, metals, lighting, and artwork.

➤ Layer in lighter elements.
A moody room doesn't have to mean everything is dark. Contrast through lighter fabrics, warm wood, artwork, and reflective surfaces can keep the space balanced.

➤ Test before committing.
Paint and wallcovering can look dramatically different throughout the day. Always view samples in the actual room and in different lighting conditions.

➤ And perhaps our favorite advice.
Don't choose a moody color simply because it's trending. Choose it because it creates the feeling you want your home to have.

At @alexistaylorinteriors, we help Atlanta-area homeowners choose colors, materials, furnishings, and finishes that work together to create homes that feel personal.

It’s the little details that make a bathroom feel custom🤍

We shaped this quartzite backsplash so the mirror could nest right into it. Check out the beautiful brass knob on the shower door…special rather than standard. And peep the mitered edges on the shower niche 👀 No trim required. Your contractor may push back on mitering the edges of a porcelain tile, but the best installers can do it. And ours did it perfectly 🫶🏻
