The Woodport is back and they’ve gone big.

@woodport_hotel relaunch with @thepresets LIVE was next level. Packed, fun and such a good vibe.

5 bars. Late night licence. Stunning fit out. Excellent food and cocktails.

Huge for the Coast. This is going to be a game changer for live music locally and great pub food in Erina. Can’t wait to see what’s next. I’ll be back. 🙌🏼💌

Food is my love language. I’m a feeder and an eater, and I’ll always choose edible gifts over flowers. If you’re stuck on what to buy this Valentine’s Day, this is it.

The Raspberry & White Chocolate Cookie is seriously next level. More brownie than cookie, with a rich fudgy centre and the perfect hit of raspberry to cut through the sweetness of the white chocolate. Seriously delish.

@chefmendi_ is an absolute star in the kitchen and it shows. If you’re planning a sweet surprise, order by 12/2 and thank me later. Pick up in Erina on Valentine’s Day. He’s got two other options and I’ve got my eye on the V Day pavlova too. 💘

TERRIGAL PAVILION OPENING NIGHT. Last night’s launch of @terrigalpavilion was absolutely fabulous! The Pavilion is divine with impeccable detail, a beautiful coastal fit out and water views from every angle. High end, chilled and seriously special. Terrigal is so ready for this!

The cocktails were divine. The limoncello spritz was perfect and the iced espresso martini was the best I’ve had!

The food was a standout. Salt & pepper squid, fish & chips and the burger were our top picks and you can also buy them takeaway from The General Store window from tomorrow.

The Pavilion officially opens at 11am tomorrow. Your Saturday plans are sorted. Terrigal finally has the venue we knew we always needed. 💌

GOSFORD’S BIG NEW PLAYER HAS ARRIVED! @thearchibaldprecinct has officially dropped and Gosford just levelled up! @ccfoodlovers was invited in to try these dishes. Not paid and all views are my own. A $375 million development bringing serious energy to downtown Gossy and finally giving the Coast a mix of elevated dining, casual eats and finer dining all in one spot.
@vocogosford has landed and it comes with a full lineup. Lobby bar runs from 6.30am to 9.30pm which means one thing. Proper coffee all day long in Gosford. Piazza D’Oro beans and they do it right. Café bar by day, gin bar by night.
@astra.rooftopbar on level 28 is next level. Japanese inspired, dishes arrive like art and taste even better. Flavour explosions everywhere. Views straight over @industreegroupaustralia Stadium, so it is the perfect place for a @ccmariners game. Word is the @matildas may have stayed there last night! Cocktails are worth taking your time with. I’ll be back to eat and drink my way through that menu!
@saltfire.restaurant is only open to hotel guests for now but opening to the public next year. It will become the Central Coast’s first seafood buffet and finally bring back a proper buffet breakfast. Swim up bar is between the towers, not on the rooftop. The bone marrow was divine and that squid ink crumb that takes two days to make was a hit. Squid with a caramelised popcorn crumb was a modern take on S&P squid and tasty AF.
@paolospizzeria and @archies.gosford bring the family vibe. Iron Bark is the grill venue and those steaks are already calling. There is a kids play area and a pasta and pizza bar using legit handmade pasta and woodfired pizza. The beef ragu pasta was a yes from us.
Plenty of space for group dining with room for 20 to 60 people plus private karaoke and a Sports Bar on the side. Bars everywhere you look.
@vocohotels is elevated and modern. Country meets coastal and the food focus is strong. Rooms look stunning. Staycay incoming.
Archibald Precinct brings choice, quality and life to the CBD. Gosford just lifted its game and the Central Coast has another fab venue to be proud of. 💌

// HOI AN TERRIGAL TASTING MENU

@hoianterrigal tasting menu hit all the right notes.

Seafood spring rolls packed with barramundi, prawn and crab with herbs and spicy mayo. Silky Tom Yum calamari and prawn dumplings with fried shallots, soy vinegar and chilli oil. Pulled duck bao with coconut hoisin, pickled carrot, cucumber, coleslaw and fresh herbs. A killer green chicken curry. Then a sneak peek at the December special, the short rib banh mi. Six hour slow cooked beef, pulled at the table, served with pate dipping sauce and beef pho broth. Huge portion for $38. Available from 18/11!

Mango sticky rice to finish vanished in seconds. Warm service from Jasmine and team. Big flavour and great value. 💌

The General Store at @terrigalpavilion has quietly opened its doors this morning from 6am and it is already a vibe. Fresh coffees, a small but delish menu for a soft launch, and the kind of morning energy that makes you want to stay a little longer.

I can confirm the @st_ali coffee is perfectly made and absolutely divine. Smooth, balanced and exactly what you want first thing in the morning.

The full opening for the take-away venue is happening sometime this week and if this soft launch is anything to go by, Terrigal is in for something seriously good.

See you there for a morning coffee and a cheeky pastry. 💌

JAPANESE FOOD HEAVEN - SYDNEY. Pure Japanese food porn @tentosyd . The prettiest, most beautiful Japanese meal I can remember eating.

I ordered the Hotate Tantan Ochazuke - sashimi snapper, aburi scallop, tantan miso, chive, tonyu dashi, kani miso, yuzu kosho and arare. Then made it a setto with sesame tofu, potato salad, eggplant katsu, miso cheese, leaves and pickled spinach. Every bite was like art, delicate and full of flavour.
