Back in one of happy places I haven't visited in a while.
I've been focused on some business stuff for my company and new clients.
I didn't realise how much I missed this place until I was back.
The energy there is always soooo good and the members are like family, a comfy pair of your favourite shoes🤗🥰
We might even be starting some boxing classes. THAT I am looking forward to😁
Time to get back on track👊💪🥊
My time away was productive and fun, but this adds so much more fun to the journey💕

Just a few of my weekly gym circuit toys😍
Staying strong💪
I do love challenging myself with my training. But each of these toys do have a specific purpose for specific goals!!!
So there is always a reason behind the way I structure my training.
I always have goals in mind and keep moving forward to achieve them.
Once I do, I set new, fun and challenging goals😃💪
What are your health and wellbeing goals???

More post op PB's this week!!!
💪💪💪
Was a bit overzealous though and instead of sticking with one rep I kept going. I had already done 4 sets of 5 reps at lower weight. Needless to say my attempt at 42.5kg failed lol
I should have listened to my spotter @thenap57 and just did 1 rep.
Very grateful for George's help and my whole @musclepitwa family, esp Henry and Rob.
Never mind, I will do that next week and aim for 45kg😃
My pre-injury PB is 42.5kg so still on the right track with gains!!!
It shows what a good foundation, consistency, good nutrition, a good program and continual steps forward will do🙂
Take the right action and reap the right rewards💞

The numbers keep rising!!!
First was a good strong foundation after surgery with my rehab, then a slow build up with strength and conditioning.
Now I am on my new program which I wrote and week one is seeing one PB after another.
Patience is important, as is rest and consistency!!!
Often we want the results "NOW" but in our rush, those results are short lived. Because our foundations were weak and could not sustain them.
As frustrating as it may be, building a strong base is important.
The results will come and I am happy to say that in my 1st week of my new program I increased my Bench, Squat and Deadlift😍💪
Now to keep those gains moving up...
.
TIPS:
* patience
* consistency
* build up gradually
* get a coach to get you started
* FUEL your body using ALL food groups
* support your body's systems to do the job they were designed for
* have fun
* get your sleep
* keep your eye on your goals
* baby steps forward are ok
* celebrate EVERY success
* even the small gains are gains

It's amazing what like minded women can accomplish when they gather and begin working together to support each other in business.🤗
.
After getting an idea and putting it out there, suddenly we have a monthly gathering of business women brainstorming, sharing ideas and supporting each other.
.
Including a growing WhatsApp group, sharing of tips and lessons learnt and accountability.🥰
.
Plus an amazing spread like this from @thepicnicprovidore with home made delights to keep us going😍
.
So we do need to tighten our timing, but when a group of business women start sharing what they are passionate about...it can run over time a little🤣
.
We all learnt something and created a new support system of powerful bosses moving forward!!!

A platter amongst friends. Yesterday’s women in small business gathering. Enriching one another’s lives with encouragement, advice, suggestions, growth and mental health strategies. Middle of the day well spent.

So good to be back @musclepitstrong and first week is almost complete💪
Thankfully, due to iso training and good nutrition, I have maintained my training weight and only lost a bit of strength.
Now to get that strength back up and more gains😃🙌
