Moms. We carry a never-ending to-do list in our heads—like a mental marathon we’re always running, even when we try to carve out time for ourselves. Exhausting? Oh, absolutely.⁣ But necessary? Even more so.⁣ Is the list ever really going to end? No. It’s relentless. But the real question is—who do you want to be while juggling it all?⁣ The woman who puts herself last? Or the one who chooses to prioritize her health, her happiness, even in the middle of the chaos?⁣ That list of tasks? It’s always going to be there. But you, my friend, deserve to be your best self—even when life won’t slow down.⁣ In my 1:1 Transformation Program, I help women push past the noise, and find the space to take care of themselves. Because, trust me, you can be healthy, happy, and thriving… even when the world feels like it’s spinning faster than you can keep up. #momsofinstagram #fitmom #momswholift #womenshealth #womenshealthmatters #fitness #unfilteredhealth #motivation #postpartumfitness #healthandwellness #fyp

Did you know that the first time girls think about dieting is 5 or 6 years old? 🤯 Isn’t that crazy? To spend a life time consumed with the thoughts of diet in exchange for acceptance. We are constantly absorbing this whole narrative that in order to be accepted, loved, and appreciated- you have to look a certain way. Instead of learning to love and appreciate our bodies- moving and fueling it to feel strong and healthy. As a woman who has struggled with body dysmorphia most of her life- this hits home, HARD. As women, we have to do better. We have to speak better to ourselves. We have to model healthy behavior (and hate to break it to you, obsessing over health IS NOT healthy) It is possible to exercise and eat in ways that honor your body- to cultivate a healthy lifestyle that aligns with your goals. To understand that your goals should reflect your happiest healthiest self, instead of seeking validation and acceptance through an extreme short term commitment to exercise and diet. If we educate ourselves how to lead a healthy and balanced life, the young girls who look up to us will have a better foundation to build on. A better outlook on health and that it looks different on everyone. Think back to when you were a little girl. Think back to when you were a teenager trying to figure it all out. What do you wish you would have known then? How do you wish health would have been modeled for you? Ladies, WE CAN rewrite the Health narrative. We can end the negative generational behavior around weight loss! You deserve it and our daughters deserve it! We all deserve to be our happiest healthiest self ❤️ #health #womenshealth #womenshealthmatters #healthandwellness #womensupportingwomen
