Words fall far short of how proud I am of this group of dancers 😄😌🤓 This is a clip of their very FIRST time competing as tap dancers and only after not even 2 full years of training 🥳😁 Shout out to my new dance fam @cdcdancecompany @bookofjiya for welcoming me into the fray and trusting the method of madness!

Dancers, please tag yourselves!

Thank you to @lin.d.official for the track! Absolutely bananas energy, praise God! I knew immediately when I heard it that I needed to create something to it 😅😁💯

Shout out to Inspire National Dance Competition for creating the space for these young artists to hone their craft.

Who is Staisha Hamilton?

💃🏾 She’s 1 of 1 and why the Rest Over Resilience program will be like none you’ve ever experienced.

💃🏾 When an inclusive approach to movement meets a culturally humble approach to mental health support and links with a full commitment to connection and support, this is what you get.

💃🏾 Check out this interview she did with Erica Bryant of WSOC-TV earlier this year and sign up for one of the final 4 remaining spots with the link below or at 704-908-4061!

Let’s not just talk about entering your soft girl era.

💃🏾 Let’s take that first step in joining Dr. H’s upcoming cohort starting Friday October 24 6-7:30pm.

💃🏾 From the inception of this nation, you’ve been expected to carry its burdens with strength and grace, but without adequate support or appreciation.

💃🏾 Whether in your workplace, your family, relationships, and/or your community, this is your opportunity to hit the brakes, reset, and put yourself first while enjoying sisterhood in the process.

💃🏾 Session 1 is entitled: “The Burden of the Cape”- Take that Ish Off

💃🏾 In just 72 hours, half of our spots filled up.

Send a DM, or reach out to 704-908-4061 if you’d like to grab the next one.

Black and brown women, your wait is over.

Staisha Hamilton, Dr. H, is piloting her first cohort of women for her Rest Over Resilience program.

💃🏾 Join up to 9 other women once per month for a combination of movement, connection, and leave with ways to restore yourself in your day to day life.

💃🏾 It will happen once/month on Fridays from 6-7:30pm and light refreshments will be provided to feed your body and spirit.

💃🏾 Rest is resistance. Procrastination ends today. It’s time to prioritize yourself.

💃🏾 Send a DM or call 704-908-4061 to be added to the roster, as spots will fill up fast! All levels of physical ability welcome! $50/a session but financial support is available for those who need it and are committed.
