POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

More than 250 of our clients, friends, and families came together for one unforgettable summer day. So many smiles, so many memories, and so much to celebrate. ☀️✨

Summer Jam 2026 was all about what makes this community special—the connections we’ve made, the relationships we’ve built, and the people who continue to trust us to be part of their lives.

Real estate may be what brought us together, but the community we’ve created goes far beyond it. 🤍

Already counting down to next summer. 🌊

This is more than real estate. This is the culture we’ve built together. 🤍

Until next summer. 🌊

It’s never a great experience owning a property you can’t collect rent on.

I will say though the legal process proved so far to be OK.

The judge was very good about motivating both landlords and tenants to settle privately in The hallways.

So far so good.

Feeling really grateful today to have the opportunity to be introduced this cowgirl life in the burbs of LA. A Hidden 💎 and a special influence from the Phillips’ side of the family. I could have stayed here for hours today...felt like a different world and one that I wish knew about earlier. @emptysaddleclub ❤️ #westernriding

Wow, what a journey this partnership has been!

From our Wine Soirée at Via La Brea in Palos Verdes, where the evening felt like a Tuscan escape, to the Lotus Lounge in Manhattan Beach, which brought a completely different and vibrant energy, each experience has been unforgettable.

Most recently, we had an incredible day with the Amalfi. Having the opportunity to spend time with it alongside members of our team, while capturing moments that reflect the personality, creativity, and culture behind KRG, was truly special.

It is not just about the events or the experiences. It is about the people. Seeing our agents, leadership, clients, and community come together, connect, and create meaningful moments is what it is all about.

We are grateful for our partnership with Ferrari South Bay and proud of what we have built together so far. We are looking forward to what is ahead and all that we will continue to create. 🏎️✨

Day 2ish in Tokyo - Ginza -
Nothing was opened yet so we hopped in a short line looking for some bread and coffee. Turns out we were lucky to get in on the first seating as people travel here just to eat here. Our table neighbor forced us to have some of her French toast 😆Who knew!?

I see posts that you don't a new year to start fresh, adjust your goals, make commitments, renew your food plan, upgrade your health plan.

But.

January is here and it's hard to stop those thoughts from pouring in.

So welcome January and my time to share gratitude to my family who all brighten my day throughout the year.

And thanks to @Gary Brecka and @suzangalluzzo for providing guidance on starting 2026 clean.

It's clean January and following their protocols to reset the body and gut is the commitment.

Looking forward to a month full of renewed higher energy, losing an inch or two where I don't want it and a full gut restore to guide it all.

High protein, low carbs, no dairy, gluten, sugar, or alcohol, a lots of hydration.

My favorite thing. Friends. Family. Food. And when it all just turns out, absolutely perfect. We made cod cakes. Fennel chicken. Green vegetable medley. And s’mores cookies probably one of the best things I’ve ever tasted in my life.

The holidays always bring out an interesting crowd. My daughter wore her favorite ugly sweater tonight. I’m not sure what it meant however, she said I should know.

Another ranch trip in the books. Getting a taste of real country living except everyone else does all of the work. So maybe not real country living. But certainly humbling to see how hard it really is.

Ps if anyone knows why my whole photo doesn’t show up in the reel, how do I fix that? The right left parts of the photo are cut off in some of them??
