Massive thank you to everyone who pulled up to celebrate the opening with us, and huge love to our run host @teamafterone and our partners @lululemon @liquidiv , @basis_meals , and @godsbodyjuices for fueling the space and showing love to the community.

If you’ve been dealing with lingering aches, old injuries that never quite healed right, or just want to move without pain, come get on the table with us. Our coaches @sculptbykireilis @boogiewatson are running a grand opening special right now: 2 semi-private sessions for $40.

Or if you’ve got a race on the calendar, book a consult with our run coach @bigbossshawtyyy to get your training block locked in.

Link in bio to book your assessment or grab the special.

AFTER DARK looked exactly how it was supposed to. 🖤🥂

Low lights. Good energy. R&B & Afro all night. Beautiful people in the room and not a bad vibe in sight.

A little look back at the night we created. If you were there, you already know. If you missed it, just make sure you catch the next one. 🌙✨

Most runners don’t break down because of their mileage. They break down because they’re building volume on top of compromised mechanics.

If you don’t have the tissue capacity to absorb ground force, your joints pay the tax. If you lack single-leg stability, your body compensates until something gives out.

Miles reveal your weak links; they don’t fix them.

With Chicago and Marine Corps Marathon right around the corner, grinding through flare-ups is not the move. You still have time to clean up movement patterns, restore tissue glide, and step onto the starting line feeling durable instead of surviving.

Swipe through for the 3 pillars every runner needs to sustain their peak training blocks.

Comment or DM “RUN” to get screened at ALYND so we can build you a plan to go into race day feeling confident!
