$420. That’s what this community raised for the animals still finding their way home after this summer’s fires. 🐐🐓🐎

Forever Home Sanctuary has spent the last few months housing horses and goats displaced by the Okanagan wildfires, and this week, we got to send them your $420 raised at our outdoor Sunset Yoga at @theperchwinery ♥️

Next week, we get to meet the animals in person.

We’ll be sharing the visit soon, the animals, the team doing the work, all of it. Your generosity deserves to see where it landed.

With so much gratitude,
xx Jess, Celena and the G&F crew

Good day, everyone!

While wildfires are now held and many have returned home from evacuation, we continue thinking of those who lost their homes and those who gave so much to help those in need.

Our last yoga class of 2026 at The Perch will be a fundraiser to support @foreverhomesanctuary, a farm animal rescue organization providing safe haven to animals in Vernon and surrounding

Thank you to @graceandflow and @celena.winters who are sharing their time with us to support this local charity. We are looking forward to it ❤️❤️❤️

🍷🧘🏽‍♀️♥️ Sunset Stretch & Sip: Wildfire Fundraiser for @foreverhomesanctuary

With everything this community has carried this summer, we wanted to do something simple. Show up, breathe together, and give back.

Friday, Sept 18th, we’re hosting a by-donation outdoor yoga class at Perch Winery with the gentle, kind-hearted, and incredible Celena Winters.

A glass of wine is included with your spot, and every dollar raised goes straight to Forever Home Sanctuary, the Vernon-based charity that’s been sheltering over 40 animals affected by the wildfires this season.

They’ve coordinated rescues. Provided shelter. Cared for animals with nowhere else to go, right down to five little chickens who found a temporary home there while their people figure out what’s next.

Name something more wholesome 🥹❤️‍🩹🐥🐓

$20 minimum donation to register, more donations welcome at the door.

Space for 25, so mark your mat early. Here are the details:

📍 Perch Winery, 7272 L and A Rd. Vernon BC
📅 Friday, September 18th 6:00-7:30pm.

Visit graceandflow.ca to register. We can’t wait to welcome you on the grass for this one. 😊🌿

This is what we wait all year for. 👀 Two hours in one of the most breathtaking places on earth: moving your body, breathing fresh forest air, sipping wine in the valley you’re standing in, surrounded by women who showed up for the same reason as you. 🤍✨🪽 HEAVEN

You do not need to want a career in teaching to take a yoga teacher training. Some come to teach. Some come to understand. Coming for yourself, has always been reason enough. ♥️

𝘽𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙡𝙨𝙚: Vernon, we're holding you close ♥️

To everyone displaced this week, everyone waiting on news, everyone opening their homes and hearts to neighbours… We see you.

This community is what it is because of you.❤️‍🩹

I thought hard about whether to share the August schedule today, and then I remembered why Grace & Flow exists in the first place: because in hard seasons, we need somewhere to land.

Somewhere to stand on solid ground with other humans and remember we're not carrying it alone.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣: 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚’𝙨 𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩.🌿

Because you can move your body AND delight in being alive, even in a hard week. Maybe especially then.

Yoga first. Wine after. This is wellness uncomplicated… Local Okanagan wine very much included.

And if you're planning an Okanagan escape later this summer, know that our valley is resilient, our platform is waiting, and she is never more beautiful than in the August light.🧡🌿🌅

As always, we're watching air quality closely and we'll email you directly with any class changes. Your safety comes first every single time.

See you on the platform 🫶🏼

Last night the lavender was in full bloom.🌾

The bees buzzing, the sun setting over the hills in true golden hour fashion. The evening was even more special than I could have hoped for! 🥹

I get to teach on these platforms every single week and I don't take that for granted but there's something about being in a space with people who you know and love and you have spent hundreds of hours with.

Josée and I led a private sunset yin/yang event for our Yoga School alumni on the lavender platform.

We are calling it ‘tea & tadasana” (even though it was too hot for tea😅), and we plan to do this with our grads more often. They give so much to their communities, we wanted to be able to allow them a moment that’s just for them.

Grateful, doesn't feel like a big enough word for this community. 🤍

Most yoga teacher trainings hand you a certificate and wish you luck.

Ours hands you more than that.

Eight of the nine teachers running our outdoor summer series this year came through Yoga Science School’s 200-hour training.

There’s a difference between a training that teaches you poses, and one that teaches you to stand in front of a class and get hired to lead it.

September cohort closes August 11th. If you want the credential that leads somewhere, not just one that reads nice on a bio, this training is for you.

July, mapped. 🌿

Four lavender platforms. Five sunset rides up the trees. One Thursday Sunset under a darker sky.

And one morning in August that doesn’t fit any of these categories at all. 🐴

𝙎𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙔𝙤𝙜𝙖 + 𝙈𝙞𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙖𝙨 · July 5, 12, 19, 26
𝙒𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙎𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙩 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙘𝙝 & 𝙎𝙞𝙥 · July 8, 15, 22, 29
𝙏𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙎𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙩 𝙔𝙤𝙜𝙖 · July 23
