Congratulations to the winners of our first Pitch Deck Poetry Slam!!!! Things got real last night as our poets came in with 3 rounds of original material pitching a solution to real world problems. This is exactly what entrepreneurs do, get deep into a problem and work towards a solution. Poets inspire, enlighten and remind us of our humanity. Together, we can inspire thoughtful action. #slampoetry #hub101 #startsomething #pitchdeckpoetry

Hey, cousins, I decided to do a thing. 👀

What happens when you put a poetry slam and Shark Tank in the same room and make social and societal issues the subject?

The Pitch Deck Poetry Slam. 🎤

Tonight, we’re taking poetry beyond the performance. We’re putting ideas on the table, bringing real issues into the conversation, and exploring what happens when creative voices meet the possibility of real-world change.

I’m excited to be part of something that challenges us to think beyond the mic.

Hosted by Celia Da Poet × Melt The Mic Productions × Hub 101.

📍 California Lutheran University
📅 TONIGHT — October 15
⏰ 6:30 PM

Cousins, if you’re in the area, come check this out. Poetry, fresh perspectives, and conversations that deserve more than a passing mention.

See y’all tonight
