Love this hip thrust variation ! Definitely wouldn’t replace traditional hip thrust w/ these , but can use as a finisher or warm up to open the hips

TRX Bulgarian Split Squat 🔥

A powerful unilateral exercise for developing the glutes, quads, and hamstrings while improving balance, stability, and lower-body control.

The TRX provides support while challenging the working leg to maintain proper alignment and control throughout the movement.

Focus on controlled reps, proper knee tracking, and a strong drive through the front foot.

Control the movement. Build strength. Improve stability. 💪🔥

Banded Good Morning 🔥
An excellent exercise for developing the glutes and hamstrings and improving control of the hip hinge movement.

The added band resistance increases the challenge on the posterior chain, while the focus should remain on controlled movement rather than speed.

Control the movement. Master the pattern. Build the posterior chain. 💪

One leg. More work. More growth.

The single-leg hip thrust increases glute activation by making each side work independently, helping improve muscle symmetry while creating a greater challenge with less weight. A great variation to include if hypertrophy is the goal.
