You’re only as good as the people you surround yourself with and trust me, these people are some of the best. You all make me laugh so hard and I couldn’t ask for a better crew to workout with. Thanks for making the Crop Top WOD such a success, we’ll have to plan another one in the New Year 🎉

That's a wrap for CF|24 this year! It's been a long day and night but every hour of sweat and suffering was worth it to support awareness and change for the Special Olympics Foundation! To meet our athlete, Madison, was my favorite moment of the past 24 hours. She is truly a inspiration to me, and reminds me that achieving your goals simply takes hard work and determination, even when life isn't fair. She was the sweetest angel I've ever met and I hope we could show her and the rest of the world what a difference a day can make ❤️ . To everyone that supported me, THANK YOU! I couldn't have made it without the backing from my family, friends, and of course my gym crew. I asked for help to reach my goal of surpassing last year's pledge amount of $2,778 and this year you guys helped me SMASH it! I am truly humbled by the outpouring of love within my community to raise me to the top of the leaderboard for the 2nd year in a row! And this is a success that is all of ours to share. From the bottom of my heart I am so grateful for each of you ❤️ it truly meant the world to have you guys in my corner. . Getting to meet the people first hand that these funds go directly toward supporting is what all the self sacrifice from me, my gym partners, and the 1000+ athletes across Canada was all about! A HUGE thank you goes out towards the gyms, the organizers, and the sponsors that make this all possible. (Here's looking at you @rockjunglecrossfitdowntown and @chelsea.r0se / @cf24_ ) . One of my favorite times of year has now come and gone, but despite the fatigue and extreme muscle soreness, I know I'll be happy to do it all over again next year! ❤️ #cf24 #rockjunglestrong #specialolympicsfoundation
