I had the most amazing time on my vacation! All sorts of emotions as I settled Alyson into her 4th year Grad school program in San Jose, spent a few gorgeous days with Kevin in beautiful Carmel.
Dylan and Shannon joined us for the drive down the coast of California in a convertible, seeing Big Sur, Santa Barbara, and spent an incredible few days with my brother and his wonderful family in Carlsbad. Also visited some Grad school’s for Shannon. What a ride!!!💕

I enjoyed some awesome yoga, sculpt, and Barre classes on my trip and enjoyed walking the beaches every morning☀️

I am refreshed and can’t wait to see you all on the mat this week!!

🌶️I felt inspired to spice things up a bit this go around and add a clothing swap element!! It is completely optional, but you are welcome to bring a maximum of 5 quality clothing items and 3 jewelry items and will be able to swap for the number of items you bring! By “quality” I just mean in good condition and something you find beautiful that you simply want to pass on in exchange for something new! 🥰⁣⁣⁣

*I am renting out the space, so a minimum of 8 sign ups is required for me to hold the circle. I will be purchasing some things for the event as well based on the number of attendees, so securing your spot as soon as you’re able would be so so greatly appreciated! 🙏 ⁣⁣⁣

This is a popular class ✨ sign up to reserve your spot. Sunday, 10:30am

Setting a Drishti for the New Year to build, encourage and expand on all of the positive things you already do and leaving behind what is not serving you.
✨ This class will consist of the mountain format; beginning with a slow stretch, warming up the body and opening the airway which leads to a cleansing, invigorating flow then tapers down to an extended restorative phase and savasana with props and essential oils.
✨Rinsing out and detoxifying to allow space for peace, relaxation and a fresh mind space to bring on the New Year and all that has to offer us.
✨Start off 2023 in good health and energy!
