We had so much fun going live for this one. There's just something about watching that wheel spin and letting fate do its thing. And this time, it landed on Sara… and we couldn’t be more excited for you! 💜

First Lagree @malufitnesshi home base workout with @sammy808 of 2026. Finding our time to workout together strengthens our bond. Forges our mutual respect. Proves to each other our value. Brings clarity to our independence as individuals. Fires up the drive to achieve our goals.

Today’s favorite Lagree move of the day:
🔴⚫️ Single Leg Quad Extension + Extended Pulse & 1/2 way Pulse
AND
⚫️ Reverse Bear Wheelbarrow - while @luanaowan had cued “Reverse Wheelbarrow” transitioning from Reverse Bear, I opted to stay in Reverse Bear (static) and add in the Wheelbarrow, minimizing transition time and maximizing total body engagement while still achieving the benefits of traditional Wheelbarrow. 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Today’s focus:
Showing up feeling “not ready for this” is usual. So, challenging myself from the get-go was essential to shift mindset to perform. Top priority = EFFECTIVE FORM 🥇, EFFECTIVE RANGE OF MOTION 🥈, EFFECTIVE TEMPO 🥉, and allowing myself to turn it up when all of the above were properly maintained.

Get your challenge packages for @malufitnesshi and/or book your sessions on the app for the month asap as new clients are expected and classes will fill up fast!

Running through the last routine I instructed, not pulling any variations out and (accidentally) adding in extra core/abs during obliques. Then punished myself with an extra long FINISHER (one of my favorite moves). What I didn’t (choose to) record was the additional core after my intended FINISHER, just to further punish myself, for no good reason.

Light work all done one 1 Black spring, heavy leg moves on 1 Red spring, Giant Reverse single arm pulls (biceps & lats) on 1 Grey spring, Finisher (Giant Reverse Extended Kneeling Crunch) on 1 Black + 1 White spring, then Catfish -> Wheelbarrow -> Saw -> S-Crunch -> S-Twist on 1 White spring (which I chose not to record, ‘cause it wasn’t part of the routine I wrote).

Next class I lead is this Sunday and the routine has gas ⛽️ 🔥 Also got my 2:30am Level 2 Cueing certification that morning with @amy_teter & @centeredwv!! So amped! Then Monday @megaform.mf & @laycilates for Level 2 Obliques certification at 10am! Hosting a introductory class later that evening for the community in conjunction with @branch_t._j._nautu’s Movement Lab non-profit at @malufitnesshi Lagree studio.

Today’s work put in on the #Lagree #Microformer was nothing easy. Well, a 6-count Saw into Wheelbarrow to Catfish to start the class was a good way to warm up.

3 leg moves meant we were staying in each leg move a little longer. @luanaowan pushes @sammy808 and I to progress with every class. It’s our responsibility to give our best effort in each move (even when it’s Ferris Wheel variations in Single Leg Squats, Elevator and Escalator Lunges with pulses to add spice).

Obliques were 🔥 being off the back on a black spring. Had my best Giant Soul Train ever (I thought) and powered through the Giant Twisted Wheelbarrow and Giant Side Plank (elbow/knee) with a knee-to-elbow variation + extended leg pulse.

Really felt it in the filler (Reverse Wheelbarrow + Push up combo on 1 Black spring) and the FINISHER (Walk-the-Plank + Push up combo (hand/foot) on 1 Black spring) - as I’ve been putting in extra chest days the past month to build and burn upper body.

Today’a hardest Lagree move-of-the-day:
• Single Leg Squat -> Carriage Kick -> Ferris Wheel -> Pulse [1 Black spring]

Today’s favorite Lagree move-of-the-day:
• Giant Soul Train -> extended leg pulse (up/down) [1 Black spring] (SURPRISINGLY 🤯⚡️) — note, Asami was on a Black and White spring first side so she did both sides same, equal out the work like a champ 💪🏽😤 SO STRONG!

Already looking forward to my next class at @malufitnesshi
And extra excited to be taking my first Level 2 course from @amy_teter @centeredwv tomorrow morning 🥳 Then on to Level 2 training with @laycilates @megaform.mf 🤙🏽
