Most of us know our chronological age.
Far fewer know how our metabolism is actually doing.

Whether you’re trying to improve your energy, lower your risk for chronic disease, or simply age well, having objective information can help you make better decisions—not just better guesses.
Our partnership with Singapore Diagnostics makes advanced testing like HealthIQ more accessible than ever.

✔ Affordable testing packages
✔ Home blood extraction available
✔ Experienced phlebotomists trained to make blood draws quick and comfortable
✔ Reliable laboratory results to guide your care

At Centro Holistico, we believe prevention starts with understanding.
And the easier we make testing, the easier it becomes to take the first step.

NGL, one of the things that keeps me going through the ups and downs of mid40s life is Crossfit. But as I get older, I also want to be more mindful of injury prevention, building strength, and making sure my body is benefiting from all the hard work I put in.

So @raoulreinoso and I tried the @singaporediagnostics Athlete Panel to understand our baseline, especially since we train hard. Getting my husband on board though was a major production. 😂

Big thanks to our wonderful @candydrilondalman.md of @centroholistico, who’s been looking after me since I was pregnant with Juano, for the recommendation.

Because while we spend so much time taking care of everyone else, we also need to take care of ourselves. And sometimes that starts with knowing our numbers. Save this, check out their pages and forward to those who think who needs this! #coupleswholift #crossfit #singaporediagnostics #centroholistico

This one definitely took me out of my comfort zone! 😅💩

Sharing a few things I learned about colon cleansing at @centroholistico. But as with any wellness treatment, do your research, understand the risks, and proceed with caution.

Personally, I felt lighter and less bloated afterward, but I think I’ll stick to myotherapy and acupuncture for now. 😬

Not every treatment is for everyone, and that’s okay!

will never stop yapping about the cosmetic acupuncture services in @centroholistico ✨ almost 6 months in, and my skin just feels totally refreshed and renewed 🥰

my skin has always been clear but a noticeable difference i’ve been observing is a brighter, bouncier complexion 🌞 this is because acupuncture helps boost collagen production and enhances your skin’s ability to heal and create new cells!

i do get exposed to a lot of external elements that can damage my skin. i do a lot of outdoor walking, especially from one class to the other, and so i get exposed to the sun and pollution 🚗 @centroholistico’s cosmetic acupuncture services come with red light therapy na! and this helps my skin recover from all the free radicals around me~

fyi acupuncture is a practice of traditional chinese medicine and is known to support qi, or energy, flow in your body ✨ leaving you feeling more balanced and revitalized! the doctors at centro holistico are MDs with specialization in TCM, and you can never go wrong with doc @katdcrisostomo 🤍 (hi @kar.inmotion lol)

+ a sculpted and firmer look 🙈 without having to undergo any complicated procedure for my face and while taking care of my body and energy at the same time! thank you, centro! ☯️
