I’ve been so busy with the interviews, photos, and everything surrounding this moment that I haven’t really had the chance to take it all in. I am truly honored, grateful, blessed, and thankful to be named a 2026 Pinnacle Awards Endurance Award Finalist. To be seen and recognized by the Greater Houston Chamber of Commerce after all these years of pushing, pivoting, building, and refusing to quit means more than I can put into words. I already feel like I’ve won. 🥹🙏🏾✨

I really do love a good challenge—because challenges build character, strengthen your foundation, and sometimes force you to pivot into something even greater. ❤️ Come celebrate this moment with me! Purchase your ticket and sit at my table. I would love to have you there! 🥂 Get Tickets 🎟️ @houblackchamber

BIG Congratulations to ALL of the FINALISTS

Back in the hot seat with my girl @j.stewarthair ! 💕✨

When it comes to getting my custom color and micro links, tape ins, and K-Tips she’s THE BEST to ever do it! 🔥💇🏽‍♀️

Oh, how I missed my K-Tips! 😍 They last me up to 4 months, gives my hair room to grow, they look SO natural, and they are incredibly versatile.

My girl understood the assignment AGAIN! 👏🏽

PS If you’re a stylist and you want to learn or perfect your K-Tip technique check out her upcoming class. Tell her CEO Shan sent you.

Yesterday was nothing short of amazing. To think—my fifth annual STAY Conference almost didn’t happen. I was so focused on having a certain budget that I questioned whether it would come together the right way… but God had other plans.

It turned out to be one of the best conferences yet. We learned, shared, celebrated, and rejoiced together. My panelists were incredible—each one spoke from the heart and delivered their truth. The energy, the connection, the vibe… everything was perfect.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, poured into the room, and even those who bought tickets but couldn’t make it. I appreciate you more than you know.

See you next year. ✨💛

Five years ago, when I hosted my very first Stay Lit Conference, my only goal was for everyone to leave feeling better, wiser, and more empowered than they came. ✨🔥

This year is no different.
It’s an afternoon of inspiration, real conversations, brunch, shopping, music, and pure elevation.

Join me for my 5th Annual Stay Lit Conference — Sunday, Dec 7.
I’m so excited about this year’s lineup… and once I announce it, ticket prices will go up.

🎟️ Grab your tickets now while they’re on sale. Don’t wait.
