🚨 Triangle Choke Mastery! 🚨

The triangle choke is a game-changer in BJJ. By using your legs to trap your opponent’s neck and arm, you can apply pressure to their carotid arteries, leading to a swift and effective submission. 🌟

Why It’s So Effective:

• Versatility: Can be executed from guard, mount, or even standing.
• Control: Offers excellent control over your opponent.
• Transitions: Opens up opportunities for other submissions.

Key Steps:

1. Setup: Control posture and secure one arm inside your legs.
2. Leg Positioning: Create a figure-four with your legs around their neck.
3. Lock the Choke: Pull down on the head while lifting your hips.

Defending the Triangle Choke:

• Maintain strong posture.
• Keep both arms in or out.
• Drill escape techniques.

Master this technique and elevate your BJJ game to the next level! 💪

Flow rolling is a way of slowing down BJJ sparring, without affecting the effectiveness of the techniques. On the contrary, it is a great way to enhance them. The whole point of flow rolling is to be as relaxed as possible and not cling to any given move or technique. No matter the outcome you mustn’t find yourself holding on to a move with tension
