330 double over hand Axel Pr. Although its far off my best Axel Pr overall, didnt think I could double overhand this much. 2nd week back with Axel in prep, 400 will fall next year. Trying to save my step back press technique for when it gets a little heavier.

I love being able to get this amped up again!

Hit 6x3 on ascending weight squat after my speed pulls with the top set being this 465lb triple, feeling really good about getting back to a 600lb squat for end of the year now!

💙💪 A wee trip to Burns Gym 💪💙

What better way to spend your 1st wedding anniversary?! 🤣

We had a lovely weekend away which included a visit and training session with Uncle Stuart at his gym 💪

Might surprise people that it was Rachel’s idea to stop off at a gym on the way to make sure I didn’t miss out on my prep for worlds. She’s my biggest supporter and I probably don’t tell her enough how much I appreciate everything she does ❤️

Behind this Strongwoman is an equally as strong woman who helps to make it all possible 🥰 @rachel_em

Back Squat PB - Off Season Block 2, this one means a lot always been a little precious over my knees so to be in a position to send PB’s at RPE9 in week 1 is pretty good!
15KG added this week, lets see where it ends up 💪🏼

Episode 28: Road to ISM ‼️

Today’s session was a good one. Viking press started and ended well form is being perfected and progress is flying.

Sand bag ext is also doing very well and look forward to seeing where the progression leads with this exercise.

All other exercises went very well and was overall happy with this session and even sneaked in a little mid sesh physique update 👀

Some bits of Worlds prep! Tough week recovering from seizures. The fatigue and exhaustion afterwards is no joke. Happy enough with how things moved considering! Frustrating when your head wants to push but your body has other ideas. Finding that balance isn’t easy!
