Can our winder handle this???

If you watched our Wisconsin Sheep & Wool shopping video, you probably saw the enormous skein of yarn @cesca_is_making bought from @ewetopiayarn! This is 1 pound of yarn - 770 yards- of wool! Let’s see if we can wind it!

Send this to a knitter or crocheter to truly scare them. Spooky season is here and the holidays are just around the corner! We have yarn, pattern books, and gift cards in store! Or, just come hang out with us and procrastinate on your gifts. You totally have enough time.

This is our favorite funny video to make at events, so we had to make one for Wisconsin Sheep and Wool Festival! Now we know to be a little more realistic for next year. Do you usually stick to your budget for fiber arts events? It’s hard to resist all the gorgeous colors 🥲

Personally, I was so excited to see @ewetopiayarn and @fangirlfibers that my budget immediately went out the window! -Francesca

Special shoutout to Loren’s mom, Claire, for joining us on our field trip!

Our first Wisconsin Sheep and Wool Festival! We had a great time shopping, visiting all the sheep, and running into fiber arts friends!
Did you go? What was your favorite thing that you saw/bought? Let us know in the comments.

Snorlax is back! Grab a crochet kit or one of the crochet pattern books to make your very own Pokémon starter.

Did we ever tell you about the time our Snorlax almost got kidnapped during the Andersonville Wine Walk? He’s so cute, customers always ask if he’s for sale! Now you can make one and take him on many adventures (next year’s Wine Walk).

Mending makes your stuff BETTER than new. It’s a great way to personalize your clothes and accessories. A needle and a little embroidery floss is all you need to get started!

What have you mended recently? Give us some of your project ideas!

We love this ask from April Ask + Give speaker @cesca_is_making. "What are your hobbies?" Cesca pointed out that hobbies inform our lives and our work every day. And we love how their ask sparked so many conversations and connections within the audience.

Learn more about your peers and your community at our next Ask + Give on May 8! Grab your ticket with the link in bio.
