Cevo( @cevoss )個展「Slow Drip」
2026.10.30(Fri.) - 11.21(Sat.)

Sebastian Scaglione (b. 1991), known professionally as Cevo, is a self-taught Argentine artist based in Stockholm, Sweden. His first solo exhibition in Japan, featuring 13 new artworks. Working only with acrylics on linen, he creates highly detailed, photorealistic cityscapes. Each painting is built over hundreds of hours, layer accumulating into layer.

Void of human presence, Cevo's work turns ordinarily busy scenes into still, suspended moments. Cities paused mid-sentence, their noise emptied out until only a quiet trace remains. The hum of a coffee machine living to serve, with no one on the other end. A web of telephone wires, once full of voices, now just holding up the sky. There is no shortcut here. Only time, and the willingness to give it.

Some sneak peeks of our upcoming group exhibition “Urban Perspectives” 🏙️

Whether it’s the search for a new skating line, the transformation of a forgotten wall, each artist brings a distinct perspective to the built environment. Through painting, street intervention, drawing, and experimental techniques, they explore how urban space is perceived, navigated, and continually transformed — drawn not to the monumental, but to the incidental details, textures, and moments that make up the fabric of city life.🌇

Taken together, the works present the city not as a backdrop, but as an active force — a space of adaptation, imagination, and reinvention.🌃

“Urban Perspectives” Open Event | Thursday 14th May, 6-8pm (No RSVP) 🗓️✨

Exhibition will run at StolenSpace Gallery, E1 6TD from May 14th to June 14th. 📍

Describe the moment of inspiration.

“I don’t think there is a specific moment of inspiration but an amalgamation of moments, experiences, feelings and memories that aligns very shortly and distance themselves again.

Like celestial bodies orbiting others. I just need to keep feeding them to make them align again.” — Cevo, Stockholm, Sweden @cevoss

Cevo x THE SKATEROOM.

We’re proud to present a new series of works by Cevo, now released as skate decks and limited edition prints. Known for his meticulous approach to urban landscapes, Cevo reconstructs city scenes with striking precision, transforming everyday streets into carefully composed visual narratives.

Drawn from his OTOKY series, these works capture the layered rhythm of Tokyo, where architecture, signage, and light come together in scenes that feel both real and subtly cinematic. Each detail is intentional, each perspective carefully built, turning the ordinary into something quietly powerful.

Available as:
 • Limited edition skate decks
 • Numbered giclée prints

Each print edition is produced in Brussels with the highest attention to detail, and numbered in chronological order of purchase.

Live now.

Sebastian Scaglione, known as Cevo, is a self taught Argentine artist based in Stockholm, Sweden. He is known for large scale, highly detailed paintings that merge architectural precision with futuristic and anime inspired imagery. Working mainly with acrylic on canvas, each painting is built slowly over hundreds of hours, allowing every detail to emerge with intention.

His ongoing series Otoky is inspired by his first trips to Tokyo and Kyoto, and explores the feeling of loneliness within crowded cities. By removing people from the scenes, Cevo turns glowing buildings and empty streets into the main focus creating quiet, neon lit worlds that feel both nostalgic and forward looking. Influenced by Japanese urban culture and craftsmanship, his work invites viewers to reflect on how modern cities shape emotion, memory, and time. @cevoss

SHUG SPEAKS – Episode 4

This week on SHUG SPEAKS – Episode 4, we’re joined by @cevoss (Sebastian Scaglione), the Stockholm-based self-taught artist whose paintings sit between memory and imagination. Drawing on quiet urban landscapes and neon-lit architecture inspired by time spent in Tokyo and Kyoto, his work explores atmosphere, absence, and place. Presented as a quick Q&A, the episode offers a look at the habits, influences, and observations that feed into his practice.

Pop us a DM if you would like to preview available works from Cevo :)
