Memory box and love letters..💌

Photos with dear friends who are visiting, ala bora crew, singing all together, lovely facilitators and artists from different parts of the world, into the light wellness festival co-creation and a spontaneous face yoga session at 3.30 am with twenty people after dancing.

Sharing love and creating beauty in different forms is priceless..

If this summer has been teaching me something — it does so many things — one of them is definitely learning to love unconditionally with detachment. As a passionate soul who got used to swim in deep oceans, it has been quite hard, I should say, but it also pushes me to build faith and love even more than before.

Love, connection and beautiful relationships have no borders or limits. They are timeless, and I trust that whatever is real will always be there. The art and experiences we build are massive — sometimes I look back and can’t stop myself feeling so proud of all the magic we are creating together, for one another, with each person’s unique expression, leaving us with inspirations, lessons and new dreams.

Aren’t we living for these moments? Finding sparks and sharing them with people who were once strangers? What does this tell us about life and human experience? The unexplainable connections hit, and we are sharing one big party called life, giving each other what we need for where we are currently and where we are heading.

Using the creative force to be present with everything that exists and is ready to be born, inside out.

Thank you, life, and all the beautiful souls and experiences you are bringing up.

The womb is giving birth to creations.

The womb is experiencing love in different forms..

INTO THE LIGHT ’26

Movement, workshops across different disciplines, music, meaningful encounters and shared experiences ; all coming together in the beautiful nature of Bonjuk. What stayed with me most was the people: reconnecting with old friends, meeting new ones, and especially welcoming some very special new female friendships into my life.

This year also brought an exciting first: I taught my first functional training class. A beautiful reminder that no matter how long we’ve been doing what we do, there is always room to learn, grow and discover new excitement.

Having Mercan there made it even more special sharing the space with him and watching him experience some of these practices for the first time meant so much to me.

Thank you to everyone who shared this festival with us, and to our curator dearest @dilaraslight and @evrimtufekcioglu , @aslihankonez and the Bonjuk team for bringing it all together.

Until next year, Into The Light.

💚Dün akşamüstü Yalıkavak’ta özenle kurulmuş White Lotus’da ilk defa ders verdim . Gelen herkes bir zamanlar öğrencim, arkadaşım olmuş canlar. Küçük samimi bir ortamda buluştuk. Matlarımızda, en sevdiğimiz yerde kavuştuk kendimize. Yoga araçılığı ile bedenliyerek içselleştirdiğimiz temamız kalpten şükran duygusunu hissetmek üzerine idi🦋🙏

💚Gelen canlara çok teşekkür ederim . Bu alanın kutsallığını ve samimiyetini çok seviyorum. Ders sonrası hepimizin yüzleri içten dışa parladı 💗🙏

The sipping story.

Learning to detach from the outcome,
to love unconditionally,
knowing when to crack open
with discernment.
The discernment of what is real
beyond all the stories, fears and masks
to see all the beauty.

Sipping it fully.

Love that was felt cannot be taken away.
Love is eternal.
It has no borders or boundaries. It has no limits.
All we can do, if we are lucky enough, is devote ourselves to learning how to love more, even when it is a hard road.

Take a sip.

Soften the edges, like a baby learning to crawl,
one step at a time, doing what you know best before they told you the rest.
What doesn’t belong there will be mirrored back.
Be sure your heart-fire is set.

Now swallow life slowly.

Make it a nourishing one by consuming what feeds your soul.
The child is waiting to be seen and heard,
How to ripple love and turn To the ocean of compassion.
May your wounds become medicine.
Your medicine become wisdom

Because God is in there.

Why don’t you take a sip?

Our beautiful home, Golden Family, has opened its doors for the very first time with a special ceremony, blessed by our close friends.

Witnessing our dreams and efforts come into reality fills us with even more devotion to serve and share on the path of heart and light.
