This month I have been focusing on creating new beliefs with my coach. One new belief I’m working on is that I do make good decisions. For as long as I can remember I have told myself I can’t make a good decision. Because of this thought I just wouldn’t make any decisions at all. Just deciding where to go to dinner or what to make was such a struggle. So these days I’ve been doing the inquiry around this belief. I’ve discovered it comes from wanting to be liked and accepted, a fear of rejection. So my new belief is I can make decisions. So everyday I’m choosing to deliberately make a decision without asking for anyone’s approval. Today I woke up in a bad mood so instead of my normal Monday routine which is to get myself organized for the week, I went to yoga. I’m so glad I did because just this one small decision knocked out my crankiness and I was able to have a productive day! #lifecoach #mindsetiseverything #mindsetcoach #personaldevelopment #selfinquiry #yoga #meditation #bringitom #newhabits #dothework
